| Answer: | Unzip your dragon. If you are careful, you can have the fan plugged in while unzipped. There is only one fan that inflates the entire dragon. However the wings fill with air and move when a motor moves a valve open and close. If you have the dragon open (and plugged in) and look at the motor/valve assembly connected to the wings you can check to see if the valve opens and closes. If the valve is not moving, it’s not properly working. If it’s not moving the problem is likely in the valve assembly. Unplug the dragon and unscrew the motor/valve assembly. There are some photos posted. Check inside the assembly to see if the screws are properly tightened. If the internal screw is not tight the valve will not work. The motor rotates but does not trigger the valve. Hope that helps. |

| Answer: | The fans are fairly quiet, I would compare them to the average box fan. Realize that the gemmy is just a screen. No audio or video will come from this product. Audio and video will come from other hardware. To show a movie, you'll need a projector, some sort of speakers, and any device that will connect to the projector ( a lab top computer for example) to run the movie. |

| Answer: | It is the right height for showing something like 100 people, but you will have to make sure the fan motor is on a flat surface (not the grass) where air flow can get under the fan so it can more easily blow the air into the screen to keep it up. If there is any wind....forget about it (it will not stand) unless you get 10foot or more higher poles (like pvc pipe) for the left and right side of the screen and anchor them in a stand or ground to help hold the unit up and stop it from movement with the wind. All conditions have to be perfect or you have to make up something to accommodate. I purchase 2 long 1.5 inch diameter pvc poles from home depot and pounded them into the ground and ran the top of them through the anchor straps at the top and middle of the screen on each side to hold it up and stop it from falling over in the wind. Was about $15 for the parts to make this up. |
