Search the web to see how to calculate amperage - simple formula - basically amps = total watts divided by current. 50 fixtures with 10 watts bulbs equals 500 watts. Answer:	It depends on how many strings you want/need on the court. Did you want one on each side (60 ft each?) or all around the court or ??If you want it on both sides you will probably need at least 2x 100 ft strings. You'll need to consider leaving a few feet of room for each section of the string that is hooked or secured to a pole or structure.In terms of brightness the court will be well lid with so many bulbs. I use the 11W s14 bulbs and they lid up my trellis nicely with only the 48 ft string (24 bulbs).LEDs will be more than sufficient as they draw very low power, however they are also a lot more expensive (considering that you will need at least 48 bulbs/100ft string) and cost savings are not reflected until after many years (unless you can get them for a very low price). I had researched on LED bulbs as well before I bought these, but I ended up with the 11W s14 bulbs (and I recommend it) because they are at least 5x cheaper or more and they don't draw a lot of power/bulb. Plus, they will bring enough lighting when you have so many of them in a string (they're only 2 ft apart per bulb).

Answer:	Wind is a bigger concern. Rain didn't cause any issues that I can recall last year.

Answer:	They are made of Styrofoam, so they are waterproof, but I am not sure I will be left drowning.
