Question:	How loud is it and what is the return policy
Answer:	It is very quiet , and I don’t know about the return policy as I’m not returning mine .
Question:	How long does battery last
Answer:	Battery lasts about 30-45 minutes. Then it goes home and recharges for an hour. Then it tries to go back to where it left off (sometimes it gets lost on a room it already cleaned) and the battery lasts 20-30 minutes. Then home again.
Question:	does it works with google home and smartthings hub
Answer:	R7040 will connect to the SmartThings, but it currently does not connect to Google Home.
Question:	where do i buy the piece that goes over the brush
Answer:	If it broke recently- you are better off returning it as defective. You can call their toll-free parts number, which should be on the manual. It actually goes to a 3rd party parts supplier. My experience has been that they don't have parts for this vacuum, and their support is pretty awful.

Question:	Does the mop feature recognize rugs to skip them in this mode
Answer:	It depends on the size of the rug. If it’s a thin rug, no it’s doesn’t recognize and will go over but it doesn’t put out a lot of water so the rug will be fine.

Question:	where can I find a comparison of features between the different Scooba models. ie
Answer:	U are confused already. Roomba=vacuums, Scooba=Mops. There is no one place am afraid, but my quick Roomba takedown is: Anything less than series 600 are really obsolete models with non-LION battery which I suggest u avoid. Series 600-700 use traditional brushes while 800-900 models use low-maintenance rubber rollers. x90 models which includes the 690, 890 and the 900's are WIFI/App enabled. 800 series and below use iRobot random algorithm navigation. 900 series (the most$$$) use mapping navigation, good for large room(s), 3000 sqf+
Question:	I have braided rugs and hardwood floors. will it make the switch
Answer:	I have Brazilian cherry hardwood and a black area rug with white swirls in it. I have had no problem at all with the 690 making the transition. I don't know if the white swirls are helping or what. The rug is 90% black. It does sometimes go into spot cleaning mode but it has never gotten stuck and it's cleaned the rug each time.
Question:	I have a small lip from my kitchen to dining room. Can it pull itself over that
Answer:	It can pull itself over it, but one warning if you are a pet owner: I find that pet hair collects along that lip. "Ruby" (my Roomba) doesn't do a great job of collecting things along transition areas where carpet goes to hardwood and vice versa.
Question:	We have shedding dogs with quite a bit of hair, often blown into corners and under couches. How well does it handle hair
Answer:	We have a Great Pyrenees, a LARGE yellow Labrador, a Shih Tzu and two cats. We run Matilda (Rommba 690) once or twice a day. It works great. We have to clean the brushes and empty bin every time it runs, but that only takes about 4 or 5 minutes. One word of caution, if you have a dog that poops inside, be SURE to find it before your Roomba does. First time it took about an hour to clean up, shampooing carpet and scrubbing and finds all of it in and on Matilda. Other than the poop issue which is NOT the Roomba's fault (they could release a model with automatic poop detection?!?) we are completely thrilled with ours. It may not be as powerful as a traditional vacuum, but the fact it runs every day (sometimes twice) means it keeps up with the hair, fur, m kitty litter, and dirt and cleaning is easy. The unit is very well designed to make cleaning easy.

Answer:	You can use the remote that is provided or the display on the POWERbot to set up a schedule. Wi-Fi is not required.

Question:	When the powerbot is finished and goes back on charge Do you just leave it there or do you turn it off ? Like I would use it once a week
Answer:	If you ever try to turn it off, it will use the force to lift you in the air by your neck. It won't use much power once it is fully charged, and hardly any hackers will reprogram it from the Internet. When it has returned to the docking station you should leave it on at least until the battery recharges. Before it runs again, you should empty the bin and clean the brush. How it is designed to be used, program a schedule (you may want more often than once a week, I use daily) and leave it on. It will get software updates, listen for commands from the remote, your phone, SmartThings or your other smart home routines. If you are not going to use it, and want to store it, there is an 'emergency' big red off switch on the bottom.
