Answer:	The unit is what I'd regard as medium-heavy. That is to say, one person can fairly easily move it around (empty, of course), and position it. It is a reasonably attractive unit, and has been operating without incident 12-14 hours a day since I bought it back in October 2013. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I just pour in to refill until it is time to clean it again. I try to do that weekly or every other week depending on how on top of things I am. Just don't pour too fast or it will overflow and spill.

Answer:	There is only one light ...the light on my fountain has already burnt out. I don't think it can be replaced either. The light is one of the reasons I bought the fountain but I'll probably still keep it ..it's still a nice fountain.
Question:	what batteries does it require and how many, I want to purchase for a gift and have it ready to go from the day it is recieved
Answer:	I do not believe mine have batteries.... They just run until they're not nice and shiny any longer. I ran mine at least 10 hours every night, 7 days/week and then tossed in out. To my mind, NOTHING will ever replace the Grecian Gardens Envirascape. The color reflected on the ceiling and was beautiful to hear and see.
Question:	Do you think that this fountain would be a good idea in an eleven year old girl's bedroom
Answer:	Yeah, I think that an 11 year old would love it. I would just make sure that the fountain doesn't stay too close to an electrical outlet, in case she knocks it over. The power cord is pretty long and easily could sit on a desk or a bed table far enough away from an outlet.

Answer:	It's about 8" tall and the bowl is squarish - about 6.25" each side. it does need to be kept clean. i found that a weekly cleaning with peroxide works well. (My cat uses it for beverage)

Question:	Can pets splash the water out of the fountain
Answer:	My dog and cat occasionally get into this fountain. This causes it to fall off its base, then it splashes a bit and said culprit, runs off!! This has happened a dozen or so times and the fountain is still like new. I use fake candles because of this, they work fine. My husband says he has caught the dog drinking from it too! This is ok because I dont use any of the water conditioner as this fountain needs to be refilled about twice a week, even without the help of the dog. We had it outside this summer on the deck, in those conditions it needs water everyday.
Question:	I read there is a gasket you can pull out to get more sound. Does anyone know where and how to get it out
Answer:	It is inside the tube that you attach the pump to. I pulled it out with tweezers and it does make more water noise that way but is still very quiet.
Question:	I have had other resin fountains that get stained with calcium and then the paint or outer layer peels or erodes away. How well do these hold up
Answer:	I've had it for about five months. I do not run it continuously but a few hours per week. There's been no calcium build up or peeling paint at this point.

Answer:	We currently do not offer solar pumps to convert fountains. If you have a solar pump, you can try with any fountain. Its up to you and the manufacture of the solar pump.

Question:	Ok for outside US? For travel
Answer:	Waterfall has to be plugged in and has a water pump. I suppose you could. Personal the quality is so poor I personally would not. Be careful.
Question:	Took out of the box, won’t work. Is there a trick to make it work? Very loud motor noise. Water not moving at all
Answer:	I had to take a tooth brush and rub over the holes... My guess was dirt and dust had clogged them, and then I had to really over fill it in order for it to start. It was great for the first week or so, but then the tooth brush trick was being done daily to get just barely a trickle at times. The longer I had mine the louder it became, and no water fell. I had to return mine the motor would not let me stay in my living room.

Answer:	No there isn't! The only way to turn it on and off is by plugging and unplugging it from the wall.

Answer:	Evaporates as you use it. Recycles until all evaporated. Then you add the additional water.

Answer:	Have yet to receive it....ordered 4/2 and it’s not due to be here until 6/22???? I cancelled before they processed the order but they sent it anyway. I’d choose another.....

Answer:	The pump can run 24/7 but this small fountain will evaporate water quickly which means you would need to fill daily. Otherwise the water level will drop and the pump will starve for water which then would cause it to burn out
