Answer:	The rings are adjustable with screws that allow you to set the rings on the pole the way you want. The rings themselves are a ring with a movable ring inside the other ring. This is a very nice flag pole, I especially like the polished brass look. However this is not tangle free as might be suggested. Because the rings are plastic they occasionally rub against one another causing the flag to get tangled. A minor irritation but still a nice flag pole.

Answer:	I’m not sure if that’s possible, I would contact the seller directly and ask if that’s something they could do.

Answer:	I see no reason why it shouldn’t “fit your wall”. The mounting bracket is fully adjustable but then again I haven’t seen your wall.
Question:	What is the secret to get the spindles to freely spin? With light to moderate winds, it seems that every day I have to unwrap the flag
Answer:	I’m not aware that it’s supposed to spin freely around the pole. As I understand it the design is to keep the clips in a fixed position to accommodate various lengths of flags.

Answer:	The flagpole is an inch in diameter. I know that sounds kind of small, and it is. But I have had this pole with a 5x3 flag attached and have had some pretty gusty winds and never had a problem. It gives a little under stress but doesn't seem to be a problem. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Question:	How can i keep the flag from constantly wrapping around the pole
Answer:	You may be stretching/tightening the flag too much by adjusting the spinning bracket at the bottom too far down the pole. Make sure that it can spin relatively freely so it can unwrap itself.

Answer:	I just bought a second pole. The pieces are compatible so I just added an extra piece at the end from the second pole. Now I have extra pieces in case something happens, or a very short extra pole.
Question:	how do i ensure someone can not pull the flag pole out at night and steal the pole and flag
Answer:	There is a screw that puts tension on the pole while in the bracket but it does not lock it in. I don’t know how u would lock the pole or flag in place
Question:	How is packaged for shipping
Answer:	Shipped inside a box. The pole comes in pieces to be screwed together. very easy. I only wish I had ordered the 6ft. because the 5ft. was too small for the size flag I have. The bottom comes right to the stem of the flag pole bracket and gets caught once in awhile. If I had ordered the 6ft., it would have more room to move around in the breeze.
