Answer:	No it should not take 3 days . Try pushing the little white button on the bottom one time and have it in the sun so it can collect the solar. I have emailed this company about a need for directions that need to be sent with this light. It should have been a given but guess they don’t see that. Make sure you comment in your feedback.

Answer:	You may be stretching/tightening the flag too much by adjusting the spinning bracket at the bottom too far down the pole. Make sure that it can spin relatively freely so it can unwrap itself.

Answer:	Holder is white. Good quality. It comes with hardware but I used tap-cons to attach to my block house. I had to drill the holes a tad bigger.

Question:	Has anyone used this light with the Sunsetter flag pole. Can you still use the ornamental top to the flag pole with this light
Answer:	I have a retractable flag pole and this installed easily. I was able to remove the gold ball topper, placed the light on the ball rod and screwed the ball ornament back in place and had just enough room to tighten in place.
Question:	I am getting white haze film over my solar panals. Does this reduce effectiveness? Any ideas on how to remove the haze
Answer:	After a couple of years, I also had white haze on the solar panels. Are used a green scouring kitchen sponge to easily remove the haze with no scratching and it’s good as new!
Question:	Anybody using this with the Sunsetter telescoping 20 foot pole
Answer:	I purchased this light in 2016. Have replaced batteries but light stays on only about 6 hrs. Do I have to replace this light? I have a Sunsetter pole Mary Ann
