Answer:	The product description says it weighs one pound so check what the size of the hook says it will hold and then also consider the movement of it in the wind. I suppose in a breeze it will be fine but I'd take it off the hook on a very windy day. They're great hooks but I don't know if they are good outside or for how long outside!

Answer:	The rounded top is 5" and the longest wooden piece, a "chime", is approx. 16" long. The string in the middle has a wooden piece on the end of it and it's approx. 30" long. The width of the "chimes" is approx. 5 3/4". It is a beautiful wind chime and sounds great. I have mine hanging on a double shepherd's hook with another one. That one is older and has faded from the sun but that has not affected the lovely sound. Hope my answer has helped you!

Question:	Would this wind chime weather the extreme heat of an Arizona summer
Answer:	Good question mine is under a carport not in the direct sun. I have been i Az. and know how bright the sun is. We get warm here 99 etc but it is cold and windy , rain snow cold sometimes below zero. We also get wild thunderstorms so far the wind chime is doing great no problem.

Answer:	I've had this windchime since last summer. I live in St. Louis and we had what I would consider a pretty harsh winter for this area. The only change to the windchime is that the burnt flowers have rubbed off. The windchime still sounds exactly the same.
