Answer:	I have had mine for a little over a week and now the lights only last less than 10 mins. I read other comments, opened up by removing 3 tiny screws and noticed a battery was off from the spring. It put the battery back, made sure not to come loose again by bending the end of battery holding part and put the screws back on. Also, buyers may want to change the battery when it's time. Hope this help others! It is so pretty at night and am thinking of ordering another one!

They have at least three different lip treatment/sticks/stains that look the same. I have the lip treatment in the long thinner tube that I believe only comes in the "he me sais". That is a fantastic am and pm treatment. I have that product on auto delivery as I never want to run out. I also have the " Je Ne Said Quoi hydrating color awakening lip treatment " in both "rose" and the "Je Ne Sais" COLOR. The product and one of their colors seem to have the same names, so that's a little confusing. This comes in a lipstick tube and is thicker and "waxier," (but not in a bad way at all, more like a very smooth ChapStick, much easier to apply than "ChapStick.") This product has a blunt tip. I really, really like both of these products, the long skinny treatment and the traditional looking color awakening treatment. I just placed an order for the " Vitality lip flush 4 in 1 reviver lipstick stain" in the color "pretty woman." This product is in a traditional tube and has a shaped tip, even closer to the look of a traditional lipstick. (I haven't received it yet or I'd "review" that). I understand that is product contains an actual stain. Even though it says it includes a stain, this product is available in the "Je Ne Sais quoi" color, which is almost the color of ChapStick. I do believe that after it adjusts to "your perfect pink," IT's expression, it will leave a lighter stain. If I only had to have one, it would be long skinny tube of the "Je Ne Sais" treatment. I am, however, very pleased with every product I've tried from IT Cosmetics. It's extremely healing and I use it last thing at night and first thing in the morning. In the morning, I might put an additional application of the blunt lipstick looking product which is called the "Je Ne Sais Qupis" lip balm and comes in a color of the same name and at least one other color. After all of this I suggest that you visit QVC's website. You should be able to find brief videos on a good number of their lip products. Look for a little camera on the page. This means that a video is available for that product. I'm sorry to be so long-winded. It's just that these products work very well for me. I hope I was able to help instead of making it worse. But really, the "Je Ne Sais Quoi Hydrating Color Lip Treatment Serum" is the most immediately effective product for me. I think you'd like more of a lipstick/stain. That seems to be what you're looking for. IT cosmetics has these as well.
