Answer:	I've not had it long enough. Love in California and no rain on it yet. Sun hasn't faded it yet. Very cute and nice sound though

Answer:	Bamboo is not very heavy so I'd say medium weight. This is a beautiful wind chime, especially if you like the sound of bamboo. The top is really interesting because it looks like there's a birdhouse. The chime are beautiful.
