Question:	Did a bird poop on your lens?. Every Coveside feeder listing is blurry. It would be nice to see some detail
Answer:	Not my picture . I sent my coverside window sill model back because you cant see the birds from inside the very well at all !!!!! That would explained why you wont fined a picture of the birds from the inside of the house with this model like the in the window models .
Question:	I can't seem to attract any birds. feeder is installed and put bird seed in in. no birds come- i see birds in the nearby trees. what could be wrong
Answer:	It may take awhile . With the mirror in the back , they think that they are seeing another bird . We removed the back so that we could see them better , and now that they are used to seeing movement through the window , it is standing room only all the time .The squirrels love it too .
Question:	Is the feeder actually 19" across or is this with the dowels? Not sure I can open the mirrored doors since my window is about 25" wide
Answer:	I'm afraid that I can't take the measurements. this was such a piece of junk, I threw it out within a week.

Answer:	If it's just birds eating out of the tray, it only needs to be refilled about once every 4 or 5 days. In my case, I couldn't keep the squirrels out of it, so I had to refill it almost every other day.

Answer:	I wish I did but fortunately, we have not had that problem. Could it be how high the window is or the window you chose that gives them easy access?
Question:	Will the suction cups stay on winter during cold winter, rainy days
Answer:	This is my third window feeder. I have 2 house type feeders and this type both with suction cups. The house type feeder stayed on through the winter. I’ve only had this one for a few months but I’m assuming it will stay attached through the winter as well. I learned the trick to keeping suction cups working well is to moisten with olive oil before sticking them to your window. After applying the olive oil, DRY WELL or the suction cup will slide, however once in place it won’t move you have to pry them off!!!
Question:	I need to replace the suction cups (two no longer suction properly). Where can I get the right size
Answer:	They are quite standard. I haven’t replaced any on this one but have on several other window feeders. A 2 inch size should work.
Question:	How much bird seed does it hold Thanks
Answer:	About 1 1/2 cups. I use a birdseed that is a mix of small kernels (millet) and larger seeds (sunflower). If you use all sunflower seeds it would probably hold 1 cup.

Question:	Are all the windows to have the little plastic piece/cover? I was just arrived in one window does not have it. I’m assuming the seed would fall out
Answer:	Yes, all of the windows should have that little plastic piece. The first one I got didn’t have it, I returned it, and they were quick to send me a replacement. I actually ordered two more so I have one of each color. The smaller birds really like it because they don’t have to fight the big birds on the other feeders.
Question:	What is the seed capacity
Answer:	Not exact. But it is larger than I anticipated. I get constant traffic. Two-weeks. Plus they're killer looking. Well-made.
Question:	Is it wAter proof
Answer:	Waterproof-ISH. Water doesn’t enter through the top/roof, but does get in the seeds that are in the feeding tray around the bottom, however without a bird feeder umbrella, that is to be expected.
Question:	Is this squirrel proof
Answer:	I dont have any issues with squirrels getting fed from my bird house, but I do have larger birds such as, woodpeckers, ravens, etc. that do pull the lid off the top to fed. So to answer the question I'm going to say no.

Question:	Anyone have problems with "bully birds" (starlings, blackbirds, grackles, etc.) getting into this feeder
Answer:	typically we see the smaller birds...the only larger bird we have seen in the feeder is a cardinal and we don't mind them :)
Question:	Is this feeder large enough for blue jays and woodpeckers
Answer:	It definitely appears to be large enough for both blue jays and woodpeckers, although I haven't seen any at the feeder yet.
Question:	What purpose does the hole in the back serve? If the suction cups are pressed against the glass, you cannot access that hole. Period
Answer:	The purpose that I can see is a clearer view of the birds in the feeder. The suction cups and plastic distort the view some.
