Question:	Is there a problem with it filling with water when it rains
Answer:	Never noticed a problem with rain water filling the cone. The places to fill with grain are very small. I used a dough I make to fill the places so it would stay in. Unfortunately a night animal pulled mine off and it broke. It did not last long enough to worry with rain or to get my money's worth.

Question:	Is it all open and you only put seed in bottom tray
Answer:	Yes it is all open. It’s a very pretty bird feeder but only has the bottom for seed. We do get a lot of birds using it at the same time though.

Answer:	We just took Ours to the local hardware store and found the right size . I had received the screws but misplaced them ( husband says I “ lost” them lol ) .

Answer:	It is 11inches tall from top tp bottom it is 6 inches wide. The part that holds the seeds is 4 inches by 4 inches . It is very cute looking but does not hold ANYTHING in the way of seed. Had I also known the dimensions, I would not have ordered this. It was just too much trouble to send back. Hope this helps
