Answer:	they are very stromg they would work for close i highly recommend them

Answer:	I would not recommend using command strips. I had someone screw them into the wall and they are perfect and very sturdy. I can’t recommend these hooks enough! They fold up when not in use and good looking. Hope this helps

Answer:	To use as coat hooks you may need to space them apart accordingly. I use them for visitors to hang they’re handbags while visiting the home. This cool hook design flips up and out of the way when not in use.

Question:	my door was missing the handle. Can i order one
Answer:	The handle that came with my door was not stainless steel and began to rust a little after a few years in our FL heat and humidity. The seller sold me a stainless steel one at a reduced price to replace it. If you live in a humid climate and expect to be there several years you might want to pay a little more to get a stainless one - which actually matches it better than the one in the photo.
Question:	can i use this door on top of my outdoor island kitchen as an access door for trash can receptacle
Answer:	I don't know why not. We have been happy with our outdoor kitchen. The stainless steel is weathering its second winter ( really harsh winter), and looks great. Should work nicely for your purpose.
Question:	What are the rough in dimensions? 14.25" x
Answer:	Pretty close to 14 and 20 maybe a hair bigger
Question:	Is the mounting edge deep enough to attach to the stud if I use 1/2" backer board and a 1 1/4" stone face? The stud would be about 2" from the face
Answer:	The frame is only about 1.5" deep.

Answer:	I can custom make one for ya going to be around 500 though
Question:	Is it better to install the flange lip over the brick façade, or bring the brick flush to the edge of the lip
Answer:	It is up to you, i installed the stones closed to the lip and some other on top of it. I wanted to go with a more rustic look. Because anyway the door will be screwed in the inside.
Question:	any issue fitting propane tank through these doors
Answer:	We had natural gas so not sure if a propane tank would fit.
Question:	It makes no sense that the opening for the 30" door is 21.5" wide and the 36" door is 33.5" wide. Is that an error
Answer:	I can't answer the 36 inch door question, but I purchased the 30 inch door and from outer flange to outer flange the dimensions are 30 X21 inches. The opening (inside the outer flanges) that is filled by the double doors is 27 X 18. The door assembly is very nice. I inserted into a new outdoor kitchen stone structure and anchored it to the stone. Hope that answers the question.

Answer:	If you are able to make your opening 12 ⅜" wide x 12 ⅜" high, then the UF-5000-12-12 will work for your application!
Question:	Can This panel be used in a exterior wall? Is water proof
Answer:	It is not water proof. Not recommended for exterior use.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the front flange? The product is listed as "10x14x3", but that seems like the packaging dimension
Answer:	The size of the door is the opening (minus 3/8) and the flange extends beyond by an inch all around 2 inch bigger than the door.
Question:	Can this panel be used on a ceiling and still sit flush
Answer:	Yes, it will install flush to the ceiling. I have two of these panels installed tight and flush to ceilings in my home. The inner lip of the access panel's frame has holes used to secure the panel in place (whatever its orientation). I used furrowing strips behind the drywall in my ceiling, as the panels where not adjacent to the joists. While holding the access panel firmly to the ceiling, I put screws through the pre-bored screw holes on the inner lip of the access panel opening and into the furrowing strips cut to length and slipped into place on the back side of the drywall in the ceiling. It worked out perfectly, and the access panels remain firmly in place, even after being opened many times since then.
