Answer: | I have to strongly disagree with the seller. I and my family (including children) have used racks with other stones for years and never had an issue. Peels are great if you have a elevated stove, but if you have to crouch down for a lower level oven they can become unstable and its a great recipe for a 425 degree pizza on the foot. Finding a rack from another brand in 16" has become a pain and I will have to basically throw away a competitors stone if I want to acquire one. All things considered I should have shopped more. I recommend you offer it as an option and let your customers decide. |

Answer: | Yes, I make homemade pizza dough all of the time and sometimes I also buy the dough in the frozen section of the grocery. The trick is to make sure that it will slide off of whatever surface you are actually constructing the pizza on. I make my dough and then build the pizza entirely on a piece of parchment paper. I then slide the pizza with toppings on the parchment paper into the oven. Another way is to dust the work surface and the pizza stone with a little cornmeal so that that dough slides off nicely. Before I had a pizza peel, I slid the dough off and on the stone with a cookie sheet that had a flat edge on one side. It was an inexpensive way to manage the dough and I already had the baking sheet in my kitchen. There are a lot of ways to so this, just make sure to follow the recipes that Cast Elegance sends you and to read and follow the Use and Care instructions carefully. Just like using it in the oven, put it on the grill before firing up the heat. And I suggest using indirect heat. I set the flames to low or med-low directly beneath the stone, and crank those on either side to high. Haven't had any problems... other than an intense desire to eat pizza every night. |

If you keep a litter box in the corner and he uses it, you won't have to change the bedding very often. |

Answer: | Grease is cleaned exactly like any other residu left on the pizza stone after use: just scrape off and wipe with a damp cloth (NEVER SOAK!). If you struggle to get it off completely, a good trick is to place it back in the oven, let it heat to maximum temperature (or activate the self-cleaning cycle if installed), leave for an hour or so (might cause some smoke while the fat burns out) and let cool again. Then scrape again. Grease WILL leave stains - can't be helped, and DOES NOT matter for the Solido baking stone's efficiency. |

Roast chickens, small turkeys, or other poultry straight on the grill and infuse with whatever liquid flavor you want; beer, soda, spices, marinades - whatever you can think of you can infuse it! BEER CAN CHICKEN RECIPE
Fire up your grill for indirect cooking at 350°F. While the grill is warming up, melt the butter and add the BBQ rub and seasonings. Once the butter is melted and the seasoning are mixed in, use a meat injector to inject the butter and seasoning solution under the skin of the chicken all over (not into the meat.) Once the butter mix has been injected under the skin, coat the rest of the outside of the chicken with a healthy dose of BBQ rub.
In your beer can chicken stand, add the garlic and thyme and top it o with beer. Put the stand on the grill to let the beer preheat for 10 to 15 minutes. Put the chicken on the stand and cook it until the breast meat reaches 160-165 degrees internally. Remove it from the grill, let it rest for 10-15 minutes and serve it!
