Answer:	No, the temp gauge does not come with a gasket. The gauge I replaced did not have a gasket either. The gauge snugs up tightly to the BBQ lid and does not leak any smoke. If the area that the gauge will be mounted is flat you will not need a gasket.

Question:	Has anyone actually calibrated one of these and if so, how hard is it
Answer:	The units I have don't have the flat head screw driver slot at the bottom of the probe. So I can't say they can be calibrated.
Question:	Could i buy clips and put this inside the grill
Answer:	They are already equipped with a nut to secure gauge to unit. You just need to Mark out your location and with a 3/8" drill bit drill your hole then insert gauge through the front and attach nut on back side and tighten with crescent to a snug.
Question:	is this easy to install on a grill without pre drilled wholes,are there any video instructions
Answer:	There are no instructions. It's a basic thermometer that's about 2 inches deep, maybe a m12 or m14 bolt thickness, likely 5/16th in standard. For big jobs like drilling a hole into sheet metal so this can poke through, it might be better to hire a handy man as to not ruin your grill.
Question:	Will this fit in a Oklahoma joe smoker? If not do you have one that will fit
Answer:	The hole size needed for this thermometer is 3/8. It will just screw in after that. If the hole is a 1/2 nipple I may have one that will fit that type of thread

Answer:	It seems to be a generic fit. I retro fit it to a Coleman grill. One 7/16” hole and it fit right through. Put the nut on the back side and you are done.

Answer:	I don't think so. You'll probably be damaging the sensitive part of the thermometer

Answer:	It is Designed to mount outside the Grill the probe will go into the grill between 1.1 inches to 1.5" depending on the wall thickness, I'm note sure if the heat will damage the dial.
