Answer:	My cover doesn't fit the depth, precisely, either. Most grill covers fit relatively loosely; the idea is to make sure it fits the overall diameter and then it will adjust itself once on the grill. The trick is to add the width and depth of your grill (55.3 + 27.6 = 82.9) then when looking at covers, add the width and depth. If you find a cover whose dimensions are close and the total exceeds 82.9 then it will do the job.

Answer:	Not sure about fabric myself, but I did visit a Weber store just recently and the had covers on display. My thought was that material used was equivalent or better than a Weber’s at 1/4 the price . I would strongly requimend this product. Hint hint, I bought one size larger, as I can store (2) zero gravity loungers at the same time.
