Question:	does this fit the Jenn-Air
Answer:	I had to trim my to fit my outside gas grill (not sure about the Jenn_Air). Some other vendors reviews stated their heat shields are too small to fit. These shields are bigger and longer than what I need, they are tough stainless steel, if you intent to DIY, you will need a very good metal shear (tin snip) to trim them, and de-burr sharp edges from the cuts. Check the dimensions stated on the picture to make sure the length fits your grill opening, the width is not as critical as the dome will cover the flames even if you bend the center to change the slope of the tent. Hope this helps.

Answer:	According to the product description, these metal tents measures 16 1/8-inches in length by 3-1/4-inches in width, and they fit perfectly to my Jenn Air. Open your Kitchen Aid and measure the size of your existing tents - if they are the same, then they will fit. On mine, there is a groove in the back and a groove in the front where the front and back edges of the tents fit on. You can also measure THAT distance (from groove to groove) to see if it matches. Also double check the width of your existing tents. If the dimensions are the same, then you are good to go.

Answer:	Not sure the gauge but they are heavier and of a much better quality the the original ones that came with the grill. The original ones rusted these are stainless steel like the grill so much more sturdier.

Question:	On my grill the tabs that you'd screw the burner end into have completely disintegrated. What would be the best way to install these
Answer:	There is an open end on the new burner that is larger than the fluted end on the grill. It just slides over the piece attached to the grill. If the piece on the grill is rusted thru I would not take a chance with gas, I'd replace the grill. A few hundred dollars is not worth the chance of an explosion.

Question:	how long is the threaded part of stem
Answer:	About 3/8". When I threaded the wing nut on and tightened it down, there were still threads to spare, so I imagine it would fit just about any thickness of hood.

Answer:	This doesn't have the studs you need. It has a smooth surface and a screw with a nut to hold it in place.

Answer:	That's the model I bought it for. Threads are too short but works with interference fit. This is the only of many,many things I would not buy again from Amazon. Temp indicator only worked for about a month, then the same problem that I had before replacement.

Answer:	I am not familiar with that model, but look at the photo of the underside of the unit and if yours has that type of mounting, then I would imagine this one will work. It is very standard.
