Question:	Does is get very hot? I have a few other brands that are not hot enough at the highest setting
Answer:	Yes!!! What do you want to do? Scald yourself? It gets plenty warm on 6, and perfect for animal heating with covers on 3-4. Forget the meat thermometer answer! It will get hot enough to burn you if you’re not alert and you choose to set it manually and not auto-shut-off. It happened to me, though it just hurt for a couple days without a wound. So, that’s enough! I use it to warm myself up in the evening and keep the heat at 65 degrees throughout winter to save money. Why heat the entire house? This doesn’t cost as much as electric or gas heat in the long run. And the company is AWESOME!!!! Totally customer service oriented... responsive. You can’t go wrong with this product!

Question:	Does this heating pad have auto shut off
Answer:	The one I bought in August 2019 has the option of auto shut-off or manual override... and will stay on indefinitely. I just hope it still has this function as it’s needed to keep my elderly cat warm throughout the night. I set it at either 3-4 depending on the blankets I use over it. 6 is too hot for her, even though cats and dogs have normal temps at approximately 4 degrees higher than humans... that’s why they feel so great in our laps! This is a MUST for heating pads for animal care use. Remember though, to always allow the animal a way to get away from the heat if needed - use on only half the cage (if caged) but allow burrowing ability on the non- heated side too. It’s a shame that other companies don’t offer this... as heating pads are used in many ways. A 2 hour shut off is great for preventing burns to elderly, non-aware or forgetful humans, but useless for any other need! When the pad failed, after Amazon return period, they provided a new set, shipped quickly and didn’t require a return. The pad is used at least 5 days a week for hours and has functioned perfectly ever since replacement- over a year ago. Great, responsive company... no hassle.

Question:	There is no removable cover, so if that fixed cover gets dirty then how can I clean it
Answer:	This Heating Pad is washable! Care and Maintenance Instructions: 1. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet. 2. Make sure the Pad Connector is disconnected from the Control Connector by pressing the tabs on the sides of the Control Connector while pulling the connectors apart. 3. Machine or hand wash the Pad using a mild detergent, cool water or warm water, the water temperature cannot be exceeding than 86°F, and a gentle/delicate cycle. 4. Line dry or lay the Pad flat to dry. 5. Make sure the product is completely dry before the next use. 6. To store the product, loosely roll the Heating Pad toward the Storage Straps, loop the Straps over the rolled ends, and then store it in a cool, dry, dark location after each use. Avoid sharply folding the Heating Pad.
Question:	Why are there no directions in the box that explain how to use it for moist heat
Answer:	You are RIGHT, the instructions should be prominently displayed, I am having that fixed. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE WITH MOIST HEAT! DAMPEN the MIGHTY BLISS HEATING PAD with water by patting the surface with a WET sponge or cloth. Or you can use a spray bottle to apply a FINE MIST. Then USE the unit as you NORMALLY would, Place the pad on the area of YOUR BODY you would like, TURN on the HEAT. RELAX (Do not soak the unit in water) TO GLORIOUS, PAIN-FREE LIFE!
Question:	What is the required power voltage? 220v or 110v
Answer:	Does this product come with dual voltage? I want to send it to my relative, but the voltage over there is 220V, 50hz
Question:	How long is the cord
Answer:	I think it’s pretty long. I plug it in near my recliner or when I’m laying in bed and have had no issues with the cord length.
