Similar question, duplicate answer from me (copy-paste). When my 2016 15" MBP is plugged into the top port (w/ stock apple usb c cable) and my 2018 10.5" iPad Pro is plugged into the bottom port (w/ apple usb-c to lightning cable), the MBP receives 60W according to System Report (leaving the bottom port capable of 30W out, only 18W used by iPad). However when I swap the cables to the other ports (MBP bottom, iPad top), the MBP drops to 45W. The top port is dominant, so always plug the less power hungry device in the bottom port.

Answer:	These are very loud, however it might scare birds away right after you blow the horn but they will just come back. Have you tried reflective bird tape?
Question:	Can this work with Lifepo4 batteries
Answer:	They last as long as the breath in your lungs. I havent had any issues with breaking or wearing out. They are as loud as a typical small air horn. Its definitely loud enough to scare wildlife.
