Answer:	The inverter inside CarGenerator is rated at 1000 watts continuous with a 2000 watt startup surge capability, however, the limiting factor is the alternator in your specific vehicle. A smaller vehicle like a honda civic for example would provide less continuous output than a larger vehicle like an SUV or pickup truck. So either of these vehicles would easily run a gas or oil home furnace in winter (300-400 watts), or a fridge in summer (200-400 watts) with extra room for a few other items lights computers, etc. The most accurate way to know what your vehicle can provide, is to call your car dealer parts dept and provide your vehicle VIN, they can tell you the specific make/model and amperage output of your alternator. So for example the 2013 Dodge minivan in the video on our website has a 160 amp alternator, typically you would factor half of that conservatively for output at idle, in which case you would expect 600-700 watts continuous at least. In the case of the Mercedes GL350 diesel SUV in videos on our website, the alternator is 250 amps, so half of that and you would expect 1000 watts easily. for pure EV electric vehicles or hybrids, there is no alternator but instead there is a DC-DC converter, so for example a chevy Volt or Bolt typically has a dc-dc converter in the 1500-2000 watt range. Answer:	The air filter is dampened with oil for proper filtration. It is washable and you must reoil it after cleaning. See the manufacturers website for a how to video.

Answer:	The $1099 generator is the "standard" model and the $1199 generator is the "companion" model. The only reason to purchase a companion model is if you already own a standard model and want to link them together to produce more than 2200 watts from one generator. A standard US 110v 20amp outlet can only handle 2000 watts continuous (up to 2200 watts peak, Volts x Amps = Watts). By connecting both generators together, you can use the 30 amp receptacle on the companion generator to power equipment that requires more power than a standard 110v, 20 amp outlet (think normal house outlet). This would not be common in a standard house unless you have a special receptacle setup to power multiple breakers on your power panel. Most RVs have a 30amp or 50amp receptacle used to power the whole vehicle including the AC unit which typically will pull more than 2000 watts continuous.

Answer:	After I received the fog machine, view the instructions and the product information. it explained the fog machine should warm up around three minutes before start the machine. Each time spray is 30 seconds and stop two minutes rest, and then continue the spray cycle.

Answer:	they are not meant to be. They do not have the same shiny white texture as a white board. they are slightly textured to the touch. not the same as a costco foldable table. Easier to write and color cleanly on without bumps. they are a very light white gray and pretty easy to clean. i have tried using a white board marker on it and it scrubbed off cleanly, but again not the same texture as white board. for hard to remove stains, I use those mr clean magic eraser things.

Answer:	30A at 120Vac is 3600W. Each generator has half that, so 2 are needed. You CAN buy an ADAPTOR for a 30A receptacle, but ~15A is all you can source from a single generator of this size.
Question:	Is this unit able to convert to duel fuel
Answer:	Unfortunately this model is designed to strictly run on gasoline, not dual fuel. If you are interested in a 2000 watt dual fuel, we recommend looking at our model 100402. Thank you!
Question:	Is there a way to drain the fuel out of the carburetor so it doesn't gum up
Answer:	I would also spray carb cleaner in there too because draining it is not a fix, it's just better than not draining. They usually have a vent hole in the carb you can spray into, then ideally you run the gen on carb cleaner for a bit to ensure all the gas is out. For example the idle/intermediate jet is extremely small and its emulsion tube will hold fuel after draining. This jet is no fun to clean if plugged. So running it dry is much better than draining, and running it dry on carb cleaner is better still. So if you plan on not using it for a while I'd figure out a way to make that happen. This bs is the #1 reason I use propane. The second reason is storing gas is a pita and imo dangerous, propane is easy and safe. Third is run time on gas isn't very long but even on a little 20lb propane tank it'll run 4x as long. I have a 100lb tank so 20x as long. So imo it's easily worth the extra $ to get the dual fuel version.

Answer:	Should be as long as you do not have any high power demand requirements hooked up like blow dryers, heaters, frying pans, microwaves etc. Just stick to the frig, computers, a few lights and you will be fine. There is a power meter onboard so if you get to the power limit you will know and can remove a few items to stay within limits.
Question:	If I want to plugin my electronics like my fan and laptop, phones, etc, do I need to buy additional cabling? thanks

The great thing about inverter generators is that they are perfect for powering sensitive electronics like your laptop and cellphone so there is no need buy additional cabling for that purpose. There is two standard 120V 20A household outlets and two 5V USB ports. If you wish to connect more items than the number of receptacles allow, then we recommend buying an additional power strip to accommodate for that.

Answer:	Posiblemente, pero te dejará con poco margen. El momento clave será al arrancar el compresor del aire. Un aire basicamente tiene ventilador para circular el aire y compresor para enfriar. Los 1800 vatios que brinde este generador equivale a 15 amperes. 2200 equivale más o menos a 18.33 amperes. El problema no son los 10.5 amperesque consume el aire cuando corriendo pero que cuando prende el compresor consume de 2 a 3 veces lo que demandará la unidad tipicamente. Es en el prender el compresor que más probablemente tendrás dificultades. Como el aconsejo, yo en tu caso compraría un generador más potente.
Question:	I ordered the igen2200 peak watts and what I received says on the box 2000.... anybody else get that
Answer:	peak watts means it can produce that much for a short period but will run long term at 2000. it's like overrevving a car engine. you would not run it at 6000 rpm for very long if you want it to last.
