Question:	Will it kill plants under the eaves if we spray it on the roof
Answer:	Not if you apply it so it dries and no rain forecast for a few days. You raise an interesting question since I have gutters that dilute and carry the water away. A great trick is to not waste so much using a hose....take any similar size spray bottle and pour 1/3 in and add 2/3 water. So it makes 3 bottles out of 1 hose bottle. Now when you spray it on a roof. Don't put the spray on enuff so it won't even run off the roof but it kills the roof moss. Apply again lightly to kill moss if 1 application doesn't get it first time.
Question:	is this effective for removing tree mold and moss on typical asphalt home roofing material
Answer:	YES. I found it effective after a single deep application. It may take up to a week for the moss the die off and break up.
Question:	Does it work on lichen on shingles
Answer:	Yes - this item will take care of lichens on shingles.

Answer:	This product comes in three sizes, as far as I know: 1/2 gallon, 3/4 gallon, and 1 gallon. The dilutions with water are all the same so be careful of the price!

Answer:	my understanding is, if you wet the grass first it should be ok. I have had no problem with plants at a cemetery when treating a headstone.

Answer:	You can, but I would not advise doing so without a respirator with fresh air tank if you are planning on spraying it. This stuff is potentially dangerous at full strength and breathing it even when diluted would be hazardous. Danger is very much related to concentration with this product and it does not take a lot. The active ingredient is N-Dodecyl/tetradecyl-N, N-dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride also referred to as Benzalkonium Chloride. If you do use it indoors please be certain of your math/calculations when diluting it and do not inhale any mist if sprayed. I am not the paranoid type. This is potent and must be handled with care.Also, as another responder pointed out. It does not rain inside, so you would see no removal of existing mold and stains with this product . It would only serve as a mold preventer. Even outside, the cleaning action is provided by the elements, namely rain and sun, the product simply kills the existing mold and prevents new mold growth.

Answer:	This product does not work the same way as car soap, although it can be used to wash a car. The chemistry is geared toward environmental pollutants, dirt and some road grime. It is not a degreaser, so if road tar, grease and oil are the issue using regular Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner or Simple Green Pro HD might be more effective.

Just dip and brush it around 2-3X (repeat as needed), rinse with a low pressure hose. This method even works up on a ladder and preferred over a pressure washer because the strong blast of water can damage the surface.

Be careful, as too much will also kill the grass. It might not kill the most completely, but it keeps it under control. Sun is a great remedy which is why "moss grows on the north side of a tree".

Answer:	Yes, you do need to wipe down your windows after spraying. I waited until the wet n forget had dried before wiping the windows clean. The streaks came off so easily I didn’t need windex.

Answer:	NO it is not the same strength. They get you with this. It would have been nice to get to refill it but sadly it is not the same. I did do this but it did not even touch the moss I was treating.

Answer:	I used this product about 7 months ago and was disappointed in it. However, after 7 months of rain and snow, my garage is a lot cleaner. I would recommend this product, but be aware that it will take months for you to see a difference.

Answer:	As samwichse observes, the Hose End product is 3 times more concentrated than the "concentrate", but is diluted by the sprayer 3 times more, resulting in the same amount of active ingredient in the final spray. Coverage rates are around 2000 square feet maximum for both products. In the end, according to my calculations, the hose end product is only about 2 cents per ounce more than the concentrate - 24 cents vs 22. Well worth it for the extra convenience, IMHO. And, no, I don't work for Wet and Forget. Just really like their product.

Answer:	Used on roof, vinyl siding, painted concrete. Found it to be better than other products that made similar claims, just use as instructed.
Question:	Can I spray thiis on my back deck today, and paint the deck 4 days later without washing
Answer:	Wet & Forget does not work that fast. If you were to paint your deck four days after applying this product you would be wasting your money because Wet & Forget would not work at all. In order for Wet & Forget to work it must be exposed to the elements, e.g., sun and rain. I would pressure wash the patio lightly, let it dry completely and then paint or stain it.
Question:	Any luck with just dirty landscape bricks or is it just for mold and mildew
Answer:	I doubt that W&F would clean ordinary dirt, soil, grease, and similar stains from landscape bricks, but it does do a great job of removing mold, mildew, fungus, lichens, moss, etc. My experience with W&F is that when it kills the mold, mildew, fungus, moss, etc., with time the deposits of discoloration that those organisms put on the surface will also come off. I have an area of pavers by the side of my house that is in the shade almost all year so it tends to grow mold/mildew and lichens. When I apply W&F, almost immediately the mold/mildew changes color from black to brownish color, and gradually after a few weeks the brownish color goes away, too. Similarly with lichens and moss: First it changes from live green color to a dead brownish color, and then it goes away completely. This stuff is fantastic for killing "dirty" organisms like mold and mildew and also for removing most of the stains they leave behind, but it won't clean ordinary soil, grease, etc.

Answer:	Depends on the thickness of the moss. Area that have just a light skin of moss turned color and washed off in a matter of a few rains, whereas some of the thicker patches took longer to turn brown (die) and then wash off. After about 6 weeks, all of the moss was gone, but we didn't get alot of rain to wash it off I imagine if I had hosed the roof down a few times.this would have shortened the process. It is basically zinc that is killing the moss so hardier patches will out last weaker patches.

Answer:	I would use 8 ounces per gallon of water. But there is another solution that will work even better for you. Go out and buy the cheapest laundry detergent you can find, I go to Costco and buy the 28 lb tub of powdered detergent. Put that on your roof in strips about 8 feet apart. As soon as it rains your moss problem has been resolved!
