Question:	Is the connection on this unit standard 1/2" NPT
Answer:	The base of this sprinkler is 1/2" MPS. It's straight thread and seals with an o-ring. If you use a LOT of teflon tape it will seal to regular NPT fittings pretty well.
Question:	What is the maximum distance it will spray
Answer:	That will depend on your water pressure and what spray pattern mode you set. At 50 PSI, the maximum spray radius is about 40 feet, and can be reached using either the Shower, Large or Small spray patterns. At 60 PSI, the maximum spray radius is about 41 feet, and can be reached using the Small spray pattern. Question:	The top of my sprinkler also broke off just like what everyone else in the reviews are saying. Can you glue it back together for it to work
Answer:	The tops don't actually break off. Over time the top unscrews itself from the bottom. There is no way to screw it back together from the top. You need to remove the bottom from the spike, and then you can screw it back together from the bottom. It is a simple process, and then just screw the whole thing back onto the spike.
Question:	Is this a 360 degree ? Is there a way to set it as 180 degree instead
Answer:	It is 360, but back and forth not around and around. It can be set for anything in between. A PS: I have had great trouble with customer service as the units do not last very long (a year to 3 weeks)

Answer:	I have used this on my Koi pond for many years now with great success. So I don't get sprayed during the day.... my water supply has a battery timer.... The timer is set for 10PM tp 8 AM..... so simple..... works great and I can set the time for it to work.
Question:	There seems to be an additional part in my package that is about 2" long and 1" high that is not part of assembly instructions. Any clue as to what this is
Answer:	The extra item drove me nuts for about 30 minutes. Until i figured out that it is simply a screw on replacement part so the "helmet head sensor" can be mounted by sliding the square part on the "valve square front. This lowers the "Helmet sensor" to be about eye level with like a rabbit or cat. Simply unscrew the all black small round knob that is on the "helmet sensor" remove the screw and remove the piece you just detached (the 4 inch bracket that has a round hole that would normally fit the vertical pipe shaft. Now replace that 4 inch part with the smaller 2 inch long part that has a square end and a round end. Push the screw thru the round end and into your "helmet sensor" (it only fits one way), then hook it/slide it onto the sensors square front. The "helmet sensor" now just sits there, not exactly a secured in a long term way but i guess it works.
Question:	What happens if a human steps on the lawn? Will that turn on and spray on a person? I don't want it ends up spraying on myself
Answer:	Yes, if you trigger the motion detection, and you are in the area of spray, you will get sprayed, just like a deer or rabbit would. If you need to be there and don't want to get sprayed, you will need to turn it off temporarily.

Answer:	Yes, when I put the stray rods back in after my grandson pulled them out I them backwards. It went backwards once I turned so that it strayed in the other direction. It worked fine.

Question:	I’ve had this sprinkler for about a month now and really like it. But it has started to turn very very slowly. Now almost not at all. How to fix this
Answer:	I've had this issue too. I found two causes. 1, if the water pressure to the sprinkler goes down because of other water demand at your house or in the neighborhood, the sprinkler performance will be reduced. 2. if using the sprinkler assembly on a slope, adjust the telescoping legs so the sprinkler level (vertical) is level and not leaning. If the head leans too much, the pressure of the water being ejected can cause the floating/sliding head to rub on the head cylinder shaft and therefore add friction or even bind the head reducing its ability to rotate freely.

Answer:	I would suggest finding an old Orbit Voyager pop-up - I always buy a couple to replace when the internal gears fail. Since this is the only feature which fails (the gears) It pays to keep a old spare for other parts which might need to be replaced such as when you hit the case with the lawnmower, or other things like losing the set-screw.

When I try to buy the above unit again, up pops the Orbit 55662 Voyager II. Are they exactly the same? They seem similar but I am sure there is something different, if not why change the name? Maybe they are better.

Answer:	This is actually wrong item. I thought it was the Voyager 2 and I received the Voyager 1 and did a replacement order and still got the same thing. Absolute joke. They need to remove this item or fix the description. Not accurate dont waste time or your patience with this one.

Answer:	One cannot adjust the width.
Question:	Our sprinkler is on an expanding hose and the area covered is too small. How much would changing to a larger hose size (e.g.,3/4" commercial?) help
Answer:	Larger 3/4 inch hoses are heavy to move around. I would suggest that you just move the sprinkler a few times to cover the entire yard. I have to reposition my sprinkler 8 -10 times to adequately water my yard. Keep your smaller hose because it is lighter and move your sprinkler every 40 minutes.

Answer:	CHINA As of 25 April 2019, there are three different models advertised on this listing. According to the box, the Orbit model 56762 that waters up to 3800 square feet is "Made in China." I checked the amazon reviews after purchasing it from the local Fleet Farm store for 19.99.

Answer:	Yes you can. It has adjustments that allow to water in a square pattern to one side or both sides in varying degrees of coverage. You can position the adjusters straight up so it does not oscillate at all. This is a quality unit that should last many years. Also, Orbit has terrific after sale support.

Answer:	Only at the spigot unless you add a stopcock at the connection to the sprinkler.

Answer:	I don't see any information on this product as to where it was made but the most likely place is China as most things like this are made there. I didn't find it to be a very good sprinkler even with the very good water pressure that we have here.
Question:	How do you adjust the distance on the sprinkler? The moveable tabs seem to only adjust the positioning of the sprinkler
Answer:	If by distance you mean coverage area, then I adjust coverage by how far the sprinkler swings out and back. That is done by the adjusters on the sprinkler. It works well for me. If you truly want the sprinkler to shoot out less, lower the water pressure at the faucet feeding the sprinkler.

Answer:	both I would suppose, but I have a newer 5 inch well and HAVE to run 3 hoses to keep the pump on and not going on and off...............if you can only run one hose/sprinkler, you might have enough for it.
Question:	Where is this manufactured
Answer:	Ours all clogged and froze up because we have very hard water. Maybe soaking in some CLR and oiling with fix it? We got some that did a better job and attach to a fence post from tractor supply.

Answer:	from memory, the big one sits maybe an inch or so in front of the row of two little ones.............but I will tell you, if you have hard soil, rocks etc, get the one on the base, because they will bend, I have both kinds and they shoot about equal...........with my well I have to run three so it doesn't go on and off

Answer:	I don’t think it will work as you want. You can set it for a set time frame but then have to set for another.....can’t set for intermittent timing.
Question:	How does it hold up to freezing temperature
Answer:	I live in Michigan. I take them in if it even looks like it might freeze. I doubt they would hold up in freezing temperatures.
Question:	Does this timer have a mode that bypasses the timer feature to keep the water on all the time
Answer:	Not that I"m aware of. But at normal flow through a garden hose, it will run at about 8 gallons a minute or 480 gallons in an hour. That's a lot of water in the garden. I find the product to serve me well.
Question:	can the timer be set for less than 15 minutes
Answer:	The dial on the timer goes from 0.......15.......30 etc. so yes you could set it for less than 15 mins. I have not tried this though. This little timer is well worth the money.
