Answer:	My lemon tree is only about 2 ft. tall and has been inside all winter. I added 1 3/4C. Jobe's fertilizer and watered it well. that was two days ago and it appears to be doing very well. Because my tree has been inside I have been misting the leaves every day.It had about 50 blossoms on it and is very healthy. I hope to plant it in the ground in April or May.,
Question:	What is the percentage of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium in the fertilizer
Answer:	This fertilizer is 4-4-4. The first number indicates 4% nitrogen, second 4% phosphorus and the third 4% potassium. The best way is to incorporate 4 pounds of 4-4-4 per 100 sq.ft. prior to planting. This kind of fertilizer is called "all purpose" fertilizer. My recommendation is that you analyze your soil with an inexpensive test kit (Amazon has them). Then decide what you want to grow and research on-line what the optimum fertilization ranges are for your specific plants or vegetables. Then, if you incorporate the all purpose fertilizer into you soil before planting you can spot supplement with specific fertilizers as needed. There are many organic solutions available to you. The great thing about Jobe's -09526 is that it is organic so you will be starting off the right way. Lots of luck with your plants.

The numbers 4-4-4 describe the "strength" or makeup of the fertilizer. This "strength" will be the same for any quantity that you use. Question:	Can I use this in compost tea
Answer:	The one pictured which is a 4-6-3 does say organic on the label. Also, I did a review of this a month or so ago after comparing it to another organic brand name with the same numbers. Multiple seedlings I started at the same time and were the same size when transplanted within a few weeks were significantly larger in the containers with Dr Earth. Be careful about one thing, there is a supplier that appears to be showing this and advertising it as a more expensive version 5-7-3 Premium Dr Earth and then sending this. On four separate occasions I ordered the premium version as described in their ad wanting to comparison try that one and received this one. I believe Amazon, with their integrity, pulled the 25 pound bag of that after my telephone calls but some other online stores have not. THIS 4-6-3 IS GREAT STUFF!!

Answer:	Yes. I did it as an organic farmer, but I also added some of my own, homemade compost to the tea. About 1/3 of this to 2/3 homemade compost. Amazing for plants.
Question:	Is this product a 3-4-4 ratio
Answer:	Yes it works very well for all vegetables, in containers or in a garden. Just follow the directions and you will be pleased with the results.
Question:	Will this be effective if used in a sterile potting soil, such as those compose primarily of peat
Answer:	You could, but it has a very strong odor. I would personally not use it indoors, instead opting for a less pungent option.

Answer:	Yes, it will. the product has it's own bacteria. Adding some compost will help prevent root rot and add more bacteria. I have over 125 containers, and the stuff is amazing. Any of the Espoma fertilizers are very effective in container culture.

Answer:	I use tomato tone for tomato plants and garden tone for the rest of my garden. Tomato tone has calcium and magnesium that helps improve tomato plant growth and production.

Answer:	Probably not. It's meant to fertilize a whole plant or bush. It would be to much fertilizer for too small amount of soil. Unless you wanted to break it into a ver small piece. Otherwise the best fertilizer to use for potted plants is a water soluble fertilizer. You put a small amount in a watering can and add water to it. It's also a faster way to fertilize and safer for a smaller plant.
Question:	How do you use it
Answer:	Yes, this is for use on potted citrus trees. There are directions on the package that indicate how many spikes you should use based on the diameter/drip line of your plant.

Answer:	It is derived from bone meal. I'm sorry but I personally can't direct you to another product. However, I can direct you to either Google it.

Answer:	Memories (of windowsill pots) are made of this; I'm a NYC girl. The spikes are easy to sink into moist soil, and they're approximately 1-3/4" long. I think they really make a difference - and the fact that they're organic is a big plus! I hope I'm being helpful.

Answer:	The fine white "spiderweb" like material you're seeing is a beneficial bacteria (not a mold or fungus) called Actinomycetes that is found in all healthy soil. What you're seeing in action is the soil breaking down the fertilizer, releasing nutrients into the soil and feeding your plants. Active Actinomycetes are good things and they indicate your soil is healthy and that you plants are getting the nutrients they need to grow strong! If you've mixed the soil and fertilizer together then there usually won't be much of the "spider web" like material on the surface, it should really be happening below the soil line, so if you are seeing a lot of "spider web" like material on the surface you should mix the soil and fertilizer a bit more.
