Answer:	If the top or bottom edge of the paper is damaged, put it facing the back of the tray. If any papers are crumpled, try filling the tray halfway and closing the lid. The lid will compress and flatten the papers, while you look for more to add... And don't forget to square off the left and right edges of the stack before starting :)

Answer:	I'm not sure what that means. The little tag on the back reads 120 Vac 2.2A 60 Hz. The technical specifications in the owner's manual state 120V/60Hz. Amperage is noted to be 100X: 1.8 A, 100M: 2.2A, Motor Watts is 100X: 200 Watts, 100M: 270 watts. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Hi Luiz, I might be mistaken but the model I have runs on 110-120V and does not have the ability to switch to 220V. You may want to look into getting what is called a step down transformer (sold separately). A step down transformer is plugged into the 220V outlet then converts the voltage to the 110-120V range whereby you attach or plug your appliance into the transformer.

Answer:	Ours will stop when using auto feed and it comes to a staple. Perhaps if it is only one sheet it would go through, but it pulls the paper from the center and basically folds it in half to shred it. So if it comes to a staple that is too many sheets to pull through and it will jam. We really like this shredder. You can set your papers in, shut the top and walk away. If I had any complaints it would be that the shred paper basket could be bigger so it doesn't have to be emptied as often. But it works great! Our office purchased three of them.

You have a plant pot, now what? You need to get yourself a plant!



I tend towards succulents because succulents rule! Most grow slowly which I like because they won’t outgrow my favorite pot too quickly. There is no Rock Star succulent, they all equally rule. I generally pick my plant based on its color and texture and what will look best in my planter. Some of my all time favorites are Echeveria Elegance, Panda Plant, Aloe, Burro’s Tail, Haworthia, Agave



Now you need to get it into the planter, and this is how you’ll do it:



1. Having a pot with a drainage hole will save you a lot of work. If your pot doesn’t have a drainage hole you will want to start with a layer of drainage rock on the bottom, then a layer of horticultural charcoal.



2. If you have a hole in your pot skip Step 1 and move on to dirt! Pick the proper soil (succulent/cacti soil) or (tropical soil aka regular potting mix).



3. Make a little hole in the dirt and gently place your new plant baby inside. You will notice that succulents have dainty little roots. You’ll want to gently loosen the existing soil from them before planting, and gently cover them with the new soil in your pot, gently pressing the soil down over them.

4. AND THAT’S IT!



5. Succulents thrive on neglect. Give it a home with an indirect light source and that isn’t too cold or drafty. And don’t over water it, once a week is enough for most environments. If you’re in a humid area, you can push that out to two weeks.
