Question:	Are the silicone pads heat conductive
Answer:	They are hot when you take them out of the oven. It takes a little while to cool down after removing them from the cookie sheets. They cool down much faster then any cookie sheet. They work so much better than parchment paper, don’t turn brown like the paper. I used them over and over again while making Christmas Cookies. After Cooling, put the cookie dough on the pads, as soon as the oven was empty back in the cookie sheet and in the oven. It made cooking 6 dozen cookies faster because I did not wait for the cookie sheet to cool all the way down.
Question:	Are These ok to use on an induction cooktop to help pans from sliding
Answer:	These answers are wrong. Induction does work with silicon mats. You do need to have proper metal pans, but induction does conduct thru the silicon. Have been using them with success to minimize mess on cooktop and prevent scratching from bottom of pans. Would not use them on extreme high setting for a long time. But simmering and normal cooking work fine with a quality mat.
Question:	can you cut these to fit pan
Answer:	None of them apparently fit standard pans. I'm cutting one to find out if they can be cut. If you do before me, please let me know.

Answer:	I assume so since they are silicon, not plastic. I researched it and found this: “While not a “100% natural” material like rubber, food-grade silicone is a non-toxic polymer mostly made from silica (sand). Answer:	It only holds 1-2 tablespoons...perfect for dustingcoffee drinks or small amounts of bakery goods. I used it for dusting powdered sugar on cookies, because of the smaller size I was able to dust each cookie without getting sugar everywhere. It's very easy too refill too. Answer:	It should attach to any kitchenaid stand mixer. Love this item....have used it several times since my kids gave it to me for my birthday just a few weeks ago. Save the box as it is meant to be stored in it. Anyone who does baking that requires a lot of sifting will find it is a dream attachment!
Question:	I am concerned with over mixing delicate cakes while this sifts. Can you stop the paddle mixer, sift it all into the bowl, then resume mixing
Answer:	I took a deep dive on how well it sifts. Basically the answer is don't sift things with thick grains. It sifted flour like a champ at the lowest setting, powdered sugar just as well. the flower needs to fall in the reservoir before it will start sifting so when you open the sifting gate you probably need to jab the flower to collapse it's form. Stop the sifter before you get all you want because it will keep going for about 1/4 of a cup to empty the reservoir. At the lowest setting on the mixer it sifts great, this makes it ideal for gradually adding flower for breads, it maybe extended my mixing about 30 seconds due simply to its small surface area. It's fine however, it does not work well with the splash guard so keep that in mind. Is this a needed tool? Nah, it's for the cool factor.

Answer:	Hi Janet,The short answer is...no.The long answer is that the 5 drawer file cabinet is designed with that top shelf as a safety feature so the unit doesn't topple over from being too top-heavy.If you got the four drawer unit thinking you could remove one drawer and make a shelf out of it, I suppose you could tear it out (and ruin it).Then, you'd have to put a piece of plywood in the cabinet to make a shelf because there are no dividers between the drawers. I think you'd be very unhappy with the appearance.My recommendation to you is, if you really want/need a storage/binder shelf, buy the 5 drawer cabinet and be done with it. To try to reconfigure a cabinet that is designed solely as a set of drawers would be a wasted effort, not to mention money. Hope this helps.Mary
