| Answer: | These are bonsai seeds of junipers. Juniper trees roughly grow a foot each year and this is a miniature form of that. So one can expect maybe 1/2" to 1" A YEAR from a seedling, if even that. Bonsai plant growth rates are roughly based on their parent growth rates with relation to scale. I've had mine for roughly 5 months now and they are beginning to sprout above the top soil level. Growing Bonsai is an incredibly patient art and may seem frustrating in the short run. It definitely helps to read up on this specific type though so that you have a better understanding of timeframe for growth.
