Question:	Hello, will this cart work well on beach soft sand? Planning to use it for carrying my scuba dive gear, about 140 pounds. Thanks
Answer:	I have had mine for several years, I use it in the yard and garden(very soft sandy loam soil when tilled) I pull it by hand, I also pull it behind my riding lawnmower to haul stuff and also put spot sprayers in. I have never had any problem with it doing what I asked of it to do. the sand will make it a little harder to pull than on hard surface but it will be much better than making lots of trips with out it. I would certainly make sure to wash it really good after you leave the beach and lube the wheels with some good spray lube...not wd40. I also haul groceries in the house with mine. I am disabled and don't get around very good so I can load everything up in 1 trip, up my handicapped ramp and in the house very easily.

Answer:	36 x 20 is at the top. Bed is 26.5 x 17. For what it's worth, this is a great cart. Dumps cleanly and easily.
Question:	How long did the initial assembly take (and how good were the instructions
Answer:	Two people makes assembly go much faster. I recommend 1 spade screwdriver that fits into the heads of the bolts and a socket wrench with 13mm and 17mm sockets. Use the screwdriver to hold the bolts firmly into the square holds while using the socket wrench to tighten the nuts after you have finger tightened them on. The "cotter pin"/"split pin" installation may not be obvious in the instructions. While holding the pin in place, bend each side around the axle as illustrated using a spade screwdriver or needle nose pliers. I put it together with my spouse in about 45 minutes. I found the instructions much better than average and the packaging of the parts to be obvious. Good design overall.

Answer:	It will comfortably fit through 30'' wide door. The widest span is wheel to wheel about 26''.
Question:	How many cubic yards does it hold (without sideboards)??? How long would it take to remove the bed & wheels for storage? Thanks
Answer:	not sure the cubic yards. It would take about 15 minutes or less to only remove the bed and wheels. you may be able to speed this up by replacing the nuts with wing nuts or using electric ratchet. About 6-8 bolts for bed then 4 pins to remove wheels.
Question:	How wide apart are the front 2 wheels, center to center, so i can compare to my old cart. My old cart tended to tip over
Answer:	23 inches. Be sure and buy the new model NOT the GOR866D, which has the old frame. This new model has a much improved frame. I have filled mine with dirt, rocks, and firewood. I have had no trouble with tipping over even with an unbalanced load. I have not pulled it behind a lawn tractor, so I can't say how it would behave in that useage.

Answer:	The wheels are 3 inches across and 10 inches in diameter. The unit is 23 1/2 inches wide at the widest part which is the handles. It is 23 inches at the wheels.
Question:	What material is the wheel barrow made of? It is scratch resistant
Answer:	I don know if it is scratch resistant or mr not but we went to true value Saturday and ordered a wheel barrow with 2 front wheels for 179.00. The work cart is made out of steel. I do NOT like it. I am so disappointed that I did a bit of research before I bought I edger/trimmer that I ended up buying a black and decker. We'll see how it goes.

Answer:	Wheelbarrow...300lbs, dolly...300lbs, The extended dolly, Cylinder holder, Rock mover and plant mover are each 80lbs., Trailer mover 100lbs tongue weight and trailer weight 1,000lbs, bag holder...40lbs. I work mine pretty hard and I have used all the attachments. It is SOOO much better than a wheelbarrow except for the fact that the handles are low and I find pulling it is easier on my back and I am 5'5". I use this so much more than I really thot I would. Answer:	Not sure if the 20 inch wheels are flat free or not. I do believe they are pneumatic. Check the website. They have a phone number and are very willing to speak with you and give you any and all answers that you need. The smaller tires contain air, but don't seem to have lost any over the winter. I may get a chance to check this weekend if the weather permits, and add air if needed. Pretty good fit for my rough back yard.
Question:	tubes for 20" tires for carts
Answer:	I've never had any problems with my wheels and have not had to replace tubes, if the tires even have tubes. I think they are tubeless. I have the 10 in wheels.

Answer:	From what I have understood from the manufacturer this cart is not exactly the same than the contractor grade Smart Cart. They refer to it as being more of a residential grade product... I can tell you that from my experience this the best cart that I have ever used. Maybe the "contractor" grade would last longer but I did not see anything wrong at all with the LX version.

Answer:	I’m sorry. I haven’t had any issues with my wheelbarrow. I can only suggest, maybe, to go back to assembly instructions and make sure it was put together correctly, especially the pin that goes in each wheel.

Answer:	the cart is apprx. 52 inch front to back. the green basket measures 24 inch wide by 30 inch front to back. the deepest part of the basket at the front is about 11 inch deep. the tires are 13 inch high at the top and about 3 inch wide. the highest part of handle is about 30 inch high and the highest part of basket is about 20 inch high. hope this helps. my wife really likes this cart because it is so light weight and easy to push.
Question:	How can you get 5 cubic feet of material in this
Answer:	I use this to muck stalls and pick two 1 acre horse pastures. Even when loaded with horse manure it's light enough to maneuver. I'm not sure how many cubic feet it holds. I can also move 2 60# hay bales at a time in it easily.

Answer:	This wheelbarrow is not very sturdy. Tire popped just a few weeks after starting to use it for the yard. Should’ve bought the one with solid tires. The tub itself is not very good either

Answer:	Technically it's made wherever you are because you have to put it together. But I think it's USA. Very sturdy and un-tippable. I use it (along with a giant plastic bag from Lee Valley tools) to move gray water to places the hose won't reach.
Question:	Are the tires air filled or solid
Answer:	Mine are air filled (pneumatic) but came under filled. You will either need an air pump, or you'll have to take the wheels (best before you fully assemble the wheelbarrow) to a gas station or some place you can get free air. You will need an air pressure gauge to insure you inflate them to 25 psi (and not under or over inflate them). You "should" have an air pressure gauge in your car, anyway, so if you don't, get one.

Question:	I need to wheel it up and down a 40 degree slope. Will the support legs get in the way
Answer:	I agree, may be an issue. I notice when I go thru my pasture and have to travel over a swath of grass I am hitting the support legs. But overall, using other carts as compared to the Polar trailer has been the best for not tipping over and maneuverability.
Question:	One reviewer commented that the support legs under the handle clips them in back of their legs. Has any other owner had this problem
Answer:	i love this cart. I guess it could clip the back of your legs if you walk with your hands behind your back to pull the cart. this cart was made to walk behind to push the cart. so i haven't seen that problem.

Answer:	Yes! I have used the Polar Utility Cart for hauling firewood and pulling it up the four stairs to the wood rack on my deck. The trick is to not overload the trailer as it will become too heavy and more awkward to maneuver.
