Answer:	Yes, purchasing an extra hot/cold gel pak on Amazon is the most convenient way, ARRIS has a three chamber hot/cold ice pad that should be displayed in the middle of the page, under “customers also viewed these items” when you select TheraPAQ to put in your cart. For my extra ice pack, I used an old gel pack I found up in my freezer but that being said, just to try it, I also put a frozen bag of baby peas in the brace as well. Sounds funny I know, but when your in pain and can’t walk, you have to improvise, frozen baby peas will do the trick in a pinch and the TheraPAQ held them in place nicely.

Answer:	I don't know whether heat or cold applied to forehead is good for migraine relief. I never tried it for mine. Answer:	If you read the info on this product it says it is microwaveable. If you read the info further down it says how long to heat It for. I don’t like this product because it is too stiff to wrap when cold. Have not tried to microwave but it says it can be done.

Answer:	I wear a woman's 8 so this wrap should fit you nicely. The wrap measures 10 inches at it's longest and 6 inches at the widest point. My ankle swells and is 11 1/2 inches around. One of the nicest features of this product is the bow shape, it nicely wraps around my foot/ankle and is held in place by the strap with a velcro end.

Question:	The gel pack is too big for my microwave to rotate it while heating. Can I fold it over twice
Answer:	Yes, you can go from the freezer to the microwave directly. But you need to be aware that it takes a long time to heat up because the product is cold. In addition, due to the larger product, please heat for 2-3 minutes everytime, and then knead it after the heat everytime, then heat again, so repeated until comfortable temperature. This is the best method, also more uniform heat. Special attention, when the temperature is relatively high, the time of each heat should be reduced, 30s-60s each time. Prevent local temperature is too high and damaged.
Question:	Can you go from the freezer to the microwave if frozen or do you need to wait until at room temperature
Answer:	I didn’t receive any with mine, but I ordered the 2and just assumed you only got the straps if you ordered one.

Question:	What is the dimension of the gel pack
Answer:	They mostly freeze solid staying a tiny bit slushy, but they defrost very quickly to a slushy state. A thin layer of ice, frost collects on the surface as it defrosts leaving items it touches slightly wet, so an outer cloth cover is advisable. if the item is being used on the head (for headaches) or curved around a body part, it is advisable to form it in that shape before freezing.
Question:	Does the Velcro strap go across the longer side of the ice pack
Answer:	I haven't had them for awhile because I left them at son's house when we were visiting last fall. But my guess would be only a couple of hours. I remember that I really liked them ( I was using them for my hand after surgery) and as they softened slightly they molded to my hand.
Question:	How long is the velcro strap. Would it fit around a overweight waist
Answer:	The product comes with two gel ice packs and one gray fabric bag. We don't offer the fabric bags separately.

Answer:	This item does not use replaceable gel packs. The gel material is throughout the entire sleeve. You microwave for 20 seconds then in increments of 10 seconds. It works very well for heat.

Answer:	If you are hoping to use your TheraICE Ice Pack for your knee, measure the circumference 2 inches above your knee. Question:	Can you lay on it ir sleep with it
Answer:	I have only used it on my shoulder, while sitting up. I'm sure you can lay on it and sleep with it. It stays cold for a while, so you would have to remove after the chill wears off.
Question:	The description says: durable, microwaveable and reusable. but everything that came with this just says put it in the freezer. can you heat this
Answer:	I like to heat water in a pan on my stove top, then once it begins to boil I remove the pan from heat, stick the pack in and out the lid on. About 5 mins or so in that hot water is enough! I’ve found the microwave will heat packs but also since it’s radiation it destroys at least a little of whatever goes in it, each time. So everything wears out fast when it gets heated in he microwave. I haven’t found one of the therapy packs ever really wear down with the hot water method- simply some loss of color in some packs a blue vinyl type outer. Hope this helps!
Question:	How long should I freeze this wrap? How long does this wrap stay cold
Answer:	I use it 15 minutes on and 15 off. I initially allowed it freeze overnight. After that I use it for 15 minutes on and 15 off. I put it back in the freezer for 15 minutes and it's just as cold as when I first took it out of the freezer.
Question:	Is it made of that soft vinyl fabric or just vinyl
Answer:	It's soft vinyl. It's not fabric. I usually use it with a pillowcase and it works great.
