Question:	Genovoese basil pod did not germinate what would I do to replace it
Answer:	Personally, I’d reach out to AeroGarden. They may send replacement pod. Have to make sure you’re following the instructions carefully. Add water when needed. Add plant flow when needed. I set reminders. Also need to adjust the lighting as needed. My basil produced basil leaves the size of my hand. Then I forgot to add more water to the reservoir one day and accidentally killed off 3 plants.
Question:	Did any of the pods got some mold on it
Answer:	This is actually addressed in the directions. It's normal to have growth on the pods and a positive sign! Hang in there if you see this. It means your plant should soon sprout!
Question:	The lights on the control panel are on continuously, is that normal
Answer:	Yes it is! The "Add Plant Food" light is green, the "Add Water" light is blue, and the "Light On/Off" is white. When an action is required, the light of that button will blink red.
Question:	Do these actually grow herbs or do they just kinda die slower
Answer:	They grow beautiful herbs. I had so many I couldn’t use them all. The only herbs I had trouble with are curly parsley and cilantro. I am trying them again now but too early to see if they will grow as well as the others. The lettuces are phenomenal. I can’t use them all. I have 4 AeroGardens. 2 of the 3 pod variety and 2 of the 6 pod variety. They all work wonderfully.

Step 1

Add cool tap water or distilled water to the Bowl. For best results, keep the water level between 2L lines and MAX lines. Add 2 pieces plant food (solid ) to every 1-liter of water, and the food will dissolve naturally in 2-4 hours

Step 2

Add 3-4 seeds to per grow sponges to improve germination rate and choose the strongest one after all seeds sprouting then cut off the rest. Some seeds germinate in 2-7 days. Please be patient (SEEDS NOT INCLUDING)

Step 3

Place Grow Domes over each seed pods. Plug power cord into electrical outlet and choose the time mode 12h,then set the LED light Hood to the lowest position

Step 4

In order to offer a best growth environment for your plants, it's better to sun your plant twice a week, add water when the water level is almost gone, and add one nutrient pill every time you change the water, it will ensure your plant grow healthy and quickly

Answer:	My plants got to about 8” or so, but they were planted in Earth Boxes. Have no idea how tall they would get if planted in the ground. Hope this helps.
Question:	Hi, how many of these can be stacked safely? If it is around 3' tall,I could easily reach the 10th stack...is that many safe? what about windy days
Answer:	Mine were bush beans but plants get quite tall not as tall as climbers. They get heavy when beans are growing on them so had to use string pulled across the front of them to hold them up along the fence. Hope this helps.

Question:	Could this be used as a temporary outdoor bird aviary
Answer:	I don't know what qualities a bird aviary should have but I'm pretty sure that this would not be suitable. It is all plastic which might make it too hot for the birds, and might be suffocating for them too if closed tightly. It is not big enough for any big birds and may not be spacious enough if there were several birds.
Question:	can I use this without any shelves? Just the green house
Answer:	I don't see why not. The shelves just give more space for more pots for planting...they can only hold so much weight. I live in Ohio and plan on taking it down for the winter. Not sure it will hold up to high winds and snow. I am very pleased with the greenhouse!
Question:	How many steaks to hold it down in 120mph winds? we tend to get them gully gusts that are bad. how does the plastic hold up? worth or worthless
Answer:	I don't think the greenhouse could withstand 120 mph winds no matter how it was secured. Our usage for the greenhouse was to get our plants through the winter. I added a space heater and secured the 4 corners to our wooden deck with conduit clamps. Both the greenhouse and the plants are thriving despite a very unseasonably cold winter. Might have had a slight period of 30 mph winds but that's about it. Well worth the money and better than I had hoped.
Question:	Can I winter my potted plants in here with some heat lamps
Answer:	I don't know because the zipper broke the very first time we tried to close it after erecting the frame (somewhat tedious) and installed the shelves. Because we had gone to so much trouble already and I needed it for that night, we used duct tape to try to get through the night and keep my plants from freezing. The next day I emailed the seller asking if we could swap out just the tarp. I was informed we had 2 choices, either return the whole product for a refund/replacement or a $5 refund if we wanted to keep it. We can either dismantle the greenhouse and my plants will die or I can get a $5 refund on about a $115 very damaged greenhouse. I am beyond furious. This is a lousy product and the customer service is even worse.

Answer:	There is no such listing as "NPK" on the ingredient percentages
Question:	Can this be used for African violets
Answer:	This fertilizer is 4-4-4. The first number indicates 4% nitrogen, second 4% phosphorus and the third 4% potassium. The best way is to incorporate 4 pounds of 4-4-4 per 100 sq.ft. prior to planting. This kind of fertilizer is called "all purpose" fertilizer. My recommendation is that you analyze your soil with an inexpensive test kit (Amazon has them). Then decide what you want to grow and research on-line what the optimum fertilization ranges are for your specific plants or vegetables. Then, if you incorporate the all purpose fertilizer into you soil before planting you can spot supplement with specific fertilizers as needed. There are many organic solutions available to you. The great thing about Jobe's -09526 is that it is organic so you will be starting off the right way. Lots of luck with your plants.
Question:	I have two nerve plants that are dying because it has rained everyday so they aren’t getting any sun and dying. Would this be too strong for them
Answer:	My lemon tree is only about 2 ft. tall and has been inside all winter. I added 1 3/4C. Jobe's fertilizer and watered it well. that was two days ago and it appears to be doing very well. Because my tree has been inside I have been misting the leaves every day.It had about 50 blossoms on it and is very healthy. I hope to plant it in the ground in April or May.,
Question:	If you grow herbs, won’t they get too close to the light? Which herbs grow beet with this light
Answer:	Protein Hydrolysate from feather meal, bone meal, composted poultry manure, sulfate of potash and various bacteria, endomycorrhizae, ectomycorrhzae and archaea.
