Answer:	Yes it is GPS capable but you have to have the maps on the device itself because it doesn't have data to download the maps on the Fly. If you download the maps for your GPS app then it should be fine

Answer:	If you are looking at the 20D tent, the tent (solid parts) and rainfly look to be coated with the same silicone over nylon treatment. I can't say about the 210T tent, I haven't seen it.
