Answer:	It's not a true flush cutting saw but depending on the specific position of the cut it will get very close to a flush cut. I think Zona saws are great generally better than xacto. There are true flush cutting saws available.

Answer:	I use mine both ways with good results, but predominantly for cross cutting. The stiffener on the back pretty much limits use for ripping. Not to disagree with Old Sailor who probably has better eyes, but under my magnifying lamp it really appears to be a ripcut with no set. Whichever, they are very good and useful saws. I have been using them for 35 or 40 years.

You will want to use a blade with finer teeth. This saw does not have detents to lock in the angle so you will need to do some setup and some test cuts. Answer:	The two saws you mention are very similar in terms of features, weight, etc. The biggest difference is that the 445e II has a slimmer and more ergonomic design at 20 x 10 x 12.5 in as opposed to the 1845, at 39 x 11 x 12.5 in. Answer:	Ethanol is NOT recommended for any 2 cycle engine. Some states have gas stations with pumps that have no ethanol and they usually call it "sport fuel." For example, it is often found at marinas but it can also be found at some gas stations in states that allow the sale of non-ethanol gasoline for 2 cycle engines. There is actually a Android App produced by a foundation promoting non ethanol fuel. You can search for it on Google play. It will search by location to give you the closest station. Please remember that this chainsaw (Ruinopar) uses a totally different fuel to 2 cycle oil mixture. 20:1 for the break-in period and then 25:1 thereafter. Most premixed fuel sold at places like Lowes or Home Depot is 40:1 or 50:1. If you use this premix from these stores, make sure you modify the fuel to oil mixture with the addition of the necessary oil.

Question:	I can't get the blade in. The instructions talk about rotating a pin using a screwdriver. I can see the pin but can't get it to budge. Any advice
Answer:	My husband had no trouble with the blade twice. But when he took blade off to put it away the third time, he couldn't get it back on. For some reason, the pin inside that the hole in the blade fits onto had turned. You need to press in the black button to raise the pin. Then, while it is raised, use a flat head screwdriver to rotate that pin back to where it should be. When you look in the hole on the side of the drill, the pin should face the same direction. Once the pin is rotated into the right direction, the blade should go on. I watched a Youtube video and could tell our pin had rotated based on that.
Question:	Appropriate for cutting lumber like a 2x4 or sheet of paneling
Answer:	Yes, this saw will do 2x4s or 2x6s, for example, but I'd keep in mind that the saw probably is not for 3x3 or larger wooden posts. I'm just guessing on the largest size, however, from the size of the blade and overall size of the unit. This saw easily cuts paneling, however. Two blades come with the saw: a coarse blade for wood, and a fine-tooth blade for metal and plastic or PVC piping. So far the saw has done a great job for various tasks, and it's very compact and comfortable to use. I've used it mainly for planks about an inch thick, and fallen tree branches that need to be trimmed.

Answer:	it probably would cut bone but it has to be stable it probably would fly all over.

Answer:	Incredibly easy and sharp. it's super flexible and great for cutting flush on wood.

Answer:	There is no set to the teeth on this saw but I still put a sheet of paper under the blade when flush cutting. It is very sharp and very flexible so it is easy to wander off course.

Answer:	This is a "Thin" about 6 inch long blade with saw teeth on both sides of the blade. It is Thin enough to be flexible. It is meant to be able to cut flush to a surface on such items as smaller dowels of various materials and light / thin metals like brass or aluminum. It could act like a hobby razor saw with a small miter box. I don't think it sturdy enough for cutting half inch wood, like cabinet trim or similar.

Answer:	Push if you don’t have a strong thumb and you are cutting 3/8 inch oak. Both if you are cutting smaller or less dense wood.

Answer:	Yes, you can cut an 18" log with a 26" saw. Cut down about 6", and then turn the log 90 degrees, and then cut down 6". Do that on all four sides, and then cut the center 6". It will take a while.

Answer:	I do not know if there is a replacement blade for the 10" model.

Answer:	It has a stiff blade. I used it to cut sago palms blocking the sidewalk where I run and it works great. It can also cut smaller tree branches.
