Clamp has 7/8” gap to be placed between bucket scraping edge 5” deep where you will drill ½” hole in your bucket for mounting. We sent washers to shim-up gap between your bucket & clamp. Driver offset/swivel helps each t-post to hang level & swivel allows independent alignment to fencerow. Driver-4 barrel is 80% open to allow twisted beaten up posts in and out of driver barrel. Gripper is mounted on the bottom of barrel along with our t-post puller. No need to put a gorilla grip to each post & unsnap gripper’s just before pressing down that saves on the old wear and tear. Every now and then tilt your bucket or backup slightly when pressing down keeping each post level to stop bowing & kinking. After you planted 6 t-posts you are an expert. Only driver on the market that has ability to be raised up over and up against your old barbwire fencerow then be pressed down. (Extremely harden ground) in worst conditions add a pipe before placing post up into driver. Your local muffler shop could cut a pipe the height of your t-posts above ground minus the length of driver barrel.

Question:	Does it come with a 1.5" adapter kit
Answer:	The answer to this ? is not many but a few could add up to hinder a small tractor. First failure is too tall tee post (with the cutting edge of bucket tilted upwards and lifted all the way to the top. A foot off the top edge is a good number for the tee post to hit on your bucket. Bucket must have some tilt left when press down each tee post. By the time the clamp is mounted and driver barrel is added roughly 9 inches off the top edge is probably more exact. The driver barrel could be and is able to swing out to place another tee post up in the barrel. Elements that could add up to failure - If your land is real dry doing desert/duty. The crust may need to be broken through to moisture. Engine weight for these smaller tractors – The skid steers and bobcats compensate for the lack of engine weight by placing driver in the middle of their bucket. Some weight in bucket might be fine? The caution is too much has your tractor operating too fast and dangerous. If weight is added between the front tires would be best. If backhoe is on the back then lowering the bucket/backhoe to ground could help. Tractor still must be able to tilt back or backup to keep the tee post and energy going straight into your ground. I hope this doesn’t sound too difficult? Many small tractors such as yours are using our drivers. Other ideas - Adding a light pipe to eliminate bending. Making a short stout tee post to prepress each hole for your tee posts. I hope I haven’t overwhelmed you? One step at a time to find the best for your machine and ground. Answer:	Well It just happens that I am using the shears with one of the many Makita impact drivers but it wasn't without a little preparation. The clamping mechanism off the arm has the two pins that insert into retaining holes on the drill body, but mine did not have them so I simply bore a hole on each side in places that the pins could go. It took me about 5 minutes. Now it fits fine and works very well.

Answer:	Yes. It will work just fine. Just cut your 4x4 down to about a 2.95x2.95 and drive it in. Glue back what was cut off once the post is in place. If you don’t need the excess, just glue the cut off sections together to form another post. It’s cost effective.

not sure on price but has worked on my rocky limestone hills in Kansas very well , doesnt do very well with bigger tree roots but i dont know much that does other than a digger other than that, works very well on t posts might take a little longer in heavy rock and is 10 pounds lighter than my bigger driver that i drive 3in pipe with , but i have found works best @1/2 to 3/4 throttle not wide open ,and when you are pounding 30 -50 posts a day weight does make a difference

Answer:	I am not sure. what I will tell you that this is a grate way to set your fence post. We had 61 post to install and what we did was put the hole in the ground with a gas post hole machine. Then we set the post with the driver when all was plum we filled the hole with concrete. Hope this helps you..
Question:	How deep do i have to go for a 10' fence post
Answer:	I would certainly think so. It would depend on substrate your driving the pole into and the strength of the pole. Might want to try using a rock or hammer and carefully do a quick test. I’ve used it, besides fencing, to put stakes into a garden for tomatoes 🍅. Just was very gentle; granted if the ground was clay or rock it would not have worked.

Answer:	I'm struggling to pound in t posts with this unit...its underpowered. I don't see it being able to 3"unless they are pointed and the ground is soaked

Answer:	Because that’s what the manufacturer says to use. If you use 50:1, the engine will seize for lack of lubrication. You will have an expensive boat anchor.

Answer:	Item weight reads 14.1 pounds. Shipping weight is different due to the packaging. It's heavy enough to pound down any metal post.

Question:	Will this work on a electric ground rod
Answer:	We are not sure. The tool never made it to us somewhere near delivery the delivery company determined that it was damaged and sent it back. We ended up buying one local and it is a Honda part unfortunately we have not had luck with local purchased one at Atwoods even with store insurance. We only owned less than a week and it went out on us. We have had issues getting it repaired by either party the manufacture and or extra insurance we purchased. Make sure to register it but will still take weeks for repair. Unfortunately, we still have no tool bought a month ago and still have approximately 1,500 feet of field fence \ t-post to install and now we are having to do it by hand. Not to reliable tools or we just got a bad one. Good Luck!
