Answer:	The anchoring pads which go under the feet of the chair are 18 inches from side or 9 inches from the center-line support, so as long as your chair is not a recliner, the leg assembly could be placed under the chair with no protrusion outside. Measure about 5 inches from the chair leg toward the center of the chair. This would be the location at the front of the chair for the vertical support pole. The center--line of the first pad where the chair leg will sit, is about 4 inches behind the vertical support pole so you will have to have that clearance.

Answer:	There are no tools required for assembly. Parts slide and snap into place according to the size you need for chair or couch. Must have legs of furniture on top of pads for best more secure solid results. It’s very helpful.

Question:	how accurate is the clock
Answer:	Today is June 12, 2019, 4:50 pm.......my clock is saying it's June 11, 9:45 PM. I just tossed it in the trash because NOW I can't even set it to the correct day and time. Also, if the power is interrupted it's suppose to return to the correct time when power resumes. No......it doesn't. And it's SO tricky to re-set the thing that a person with dementia would never be able to do it. Very frustrating.

Answer:	YES! This is a cheap Fresnel lens! I'm returning mine as I type this! They lied in the description. It's not a "CRYSTAL CLEAR LENS: Optical grade magnifying lens" as they said in the description. They lied. Plus, in the hand it feels like a cheap piece of plastic garbage.
Question:	What is the best distance to hold it above the page? If held more than 6 inches from the page, will it still be magnified clearly? Page size max
Answer:	The best distance can be vary from person to person, generally, the best magnifying result would be anywhere from 2" to 4.5" above the objects/small prints, the point is to see objects/small prints clearly, some people see clearly and feel most comfortable for their eyes with distance 2.5" while other may find 3.5" to 4".
Question:	does this magnify when placed directly on the page
Answer:	You need to position this page magnifier 2" to 4"(adjust distance to which gives you the best result) above the small prints/objects in order to have optimal magnifying effect.

Answer:	Approx. 1/2 to 3/4 inches. The pad is sturdy and I weigh 225lbs. There are 2 pads. One for kneeling and one for sitting. Very good product.
