Answer:	I have store-bought candles in glass jars. They burn in the center (swamping the wick and putting it out, but leaving lots of wax all around the sides). I take a thick, wide-mouth, not too tall or too big around jar (I buy a pretty one or I use a left-over jar like an olive jar or pickle jar) and affix the new wick to the bottom of the jar. As the wax in my main candle burns and puddles up around the wick, I pour the hot wax into the new jar. Soon I have a candle. I put a new wick in the first jar and as the second candle burns, I pour the wax back into the first jar. Your first jar does not need to be "totally clean" of old wax. You just need enough space to affix a new wick. If you have cold wax up the sides, just take a serrated kitchen knife and go around the sides. The cold wax will pile up (like snow) and then it will burn, too.

Answer:	Many factors warrant doubling sticks, most of the time no, humidity, heat, cold and even body heat, doubling could be right one day and not the next.( if possible make candles in cool dry area)

In my candles with a 2" diameter the burn pool was an an 1" in diameter, leading to a large amount of unmelted wax on the sides. The candle also went out about 5 times before finally staying lit.

Answer:	Yes they are quite thick! I am using them in 3x3 jars. I've found you need to cut the wick allll the way down before lighting each time, and the flame gets big and smoky after about an hour. I've decided to use the remainder of these wicks to make camping candles with spent wax melts for outside use. I'm still looking for thinner eco wicks 2 months later.

Answer:	I’m still wondering the answer to that same question...in a few places it specifically says it’s made of beeswax and other places it says it’s made of soy wax. Which one is it?

Answer:	You can slip the wick in to a straw with the metal clasp hanging out. Put hot glue on the metal and insert in your jar. Use the straw to push it down evenly. As long as your wax isn't over 150 degrees Fahrenheit when you pour, the glue should hold the wick in place.

Answer:	About 100 hours if you make the candle correctly. I used crayons first and wick burns in about one hour - so use the recommend candle making stuff
