Answer:	It came with unpolished stones. The product stopped working on the 2nd day of polishing and does not work at all so I never got to see exactly what the stones that came with it look like because I was unable to complete the polishing. So they just look like regular rocks

Answer:	The 0809 is only the production date. Cross makes 2 different style rollerball refills. They make this one and a slim version for their new lines. If your current refill you are talking about measures 4 1/2 inches long, this is what you want to order. The "slim" rollerball refill measures 4 inches long. I hope this helps !!

Answer:	Not an issue... Typically you run the primary line (the one attached to the wall) to the answering machine "Phone Line" jack and then run a second line from the "Phone" jack directly to the phone. The "Phone Line" and "Phone" jacks are usually located on the back or on rare occasions the bottom (base) of the answering machine. This should work for you as it is the same with all single line phones and not just this model or brand.

Answer:	4.57 in / 116.15 mm is the exact dimension. Sorry for any confusion and we will update product description to rounded number of 4.6"

Answer:	If your refill is 3 1/4" long, then our Parker Compatible refill will not work as it is 3 7/8" long. Unfortunately Franklin Covey sold many different pens using many different refills, so we can't figure out what refill you need just based on the length of 3 1/4". I would suggest searching "Franklin Covey Pen Refill" on Amazon and see if any of those that come up look and measure the same. I would also look at the Franklin Planner website and search for refills there, as I did and there were allot of different types.

Answer:	I am not sure if this refill match the Coltex C501F. How I proceeded - I took the physical measurements of the refill I wanted to replace and its type of tip and end and took my time. Sorry I can't be more helpful. I am happy with the refill. The Jaymo advertisement says " Compatible to Ballpoint Pen Refills. You can always return it. Just be careful in your search.

Answer:	I don't know the pens you are referring to. Measure your refill. If it's 2.75" then it will fit perfectly. If it's under, I cut off the extra. If it's over, I add. You will have to figure out how to add. Hope this helps
Question:	The Leeds refill (9092-14) is similar refill but length is 2.687. Would this work with slight difference in length
Answer:	I doubt that it would work. The refills screw in the top and the nib extends only a small amount so there isn’t much play.

Question:	My refill is also 2.75", but the end cap is 7/8", which is much longer than these. Are there refills for this one
Answer:	The end cap on these refills come off. You can swap with your end cap
