Answer:	Well it depends on how far away the light is..... But in a general sense it has a pretty wide beam. They eat up batteries though.

Question:	Is this pen made in USA
Answer:	I have tossed the packaging months ago and the pen itself does not say where it was made. Their website also did not mention where it was made. Therefore I would conclude it was made overseas as "Made in the USA" is a badge they would be proud of and would announce. Regardless, whoever made it did a first class job. After months of ownership and use, I am still very pleased.

Answer:	Fisher SPR4 refills, thats why I bought this pen. There are several variations. They can be purchased in different colors as well as various widths. The SPR4F is a fine point, while the SPR4 is medium, and the SPR4B is bold (wide point).
Question:	Can you carry it to the airport
Answer:	TL;DR- It depends who the TSA supervisor is, and put it in your carry-on bag rather than in a bucket by itself so it's less subject to scrutiny. It's like getting anything else questionable through TSA... you can, until you can't. I had one of these and took it through many times. First time through there were only 3 people in the line so I stopped to ask a TSA agent if it was okay, so I could take it back to the car if it wasn't. He said he thought it was fine, but asked his supervisor and he confirmed. Fast forward to a year later, about 18 times I went through with the pen in my bag with no problems. This time I was dropping my kids off for an unaccompanied flight and we were a little tight on time. I had no baggage since I wasn't flying. I put the pen, along with my flashlight, keys, wallet, and shoes into the x-ray bucket. A TSA agent pulls my bin and calls for a supervisor, who tells me it's a kubaton and not allowed. There's no sense arguing with them but I did anyway, told them the name of the supervisor at the same airport who had specifically said it was okay last year. She said she didn't know that person but regardless, I can either take it back to my car or mail it home. Didn't have time to go back to the car and wait another 90 mins in line, and after waiting over 15 mins for them to bring an envelope in which to mail it, my kids were about to miss their flight so I ended up forfeiting the pen and they threw it in the confiscation bin. I was not allowed to retrieve it on the way out, even though the same TSA personnel were still working the scanners and remembered me.
Question:	I've found no mention of using the Williams Tac Pen for emergency glass breaking, so I'll ask owners: Any test or RL glass breaking done with this? TY
Answer:	The pointy part of the pen breaks glass. I tested this out at a local junkyard. This is another reason why I carry this pen everywhere with me.

Answer:	Most standard business cards are 2 inches wide and this pocket is only about 1 7/8 inches. You would have to trim the cards and it is also so thin it would not hold only about 3 or 4 trimmed cards. However, I do like my holder and have had many compliments on it.
Question:	Will this fit on a tool belt
Answer:	I believe the answer is Yes. Most tool belts that I have observed appear to be about the same size as Police/Security duty belts. This provides enough gripping surface to wrap around the duty belt to secure a tight hold. It should do the same for a tool belt.

Answer:	Comes aoart at tail end. Should unsrew. I had to use oliers on one of the ones i bought.

Answer:	Mine have been very durable, I have dropped mine several time and they still function. I gave a few to a friend who does air frame inspections for a living. He advised that they are durable because of the numerous times he has dropped his. The only down side to theses flashlights are that they get very warm if left on for a long period of time.

Answer:	Sometimes performance will be improved if you sandpaper both terminals of the battery and the metal part (hard to get to) of the flashlight that contacts the positive battery terminal. You will have to makeup some tool to get to it, such as a drill bit with sandpaper attached(with a small rubber band) to the end .

Question:	is there a warranty for the pen? how do i make a claim
Answer:	A baking soda/water solution takes the smell/taste out of almost all items - plastic or metal. If this doesnt do the trick, put in a couple spoons of baking soda then pour in vinegar - do this in sink as mixture foams up. Will smell like apples!!! (Also works great to not only remove odors from thermoses, but cleans out the build up left from repeated use for coffee/tea. Freshens drains as well!) Let sit for several minutes then wash as usual. Answer:	I wouldn't make a hot drink in it. I don't think it would melt, but I'd burn my hand.

Answer:	I have not placed mine in the freezer. The plastic is pretty durable so I would think if you allowed for normal scientific expansion of let's say water, it would be ok? But I have NOT done it myself. This isn't a plastic easily crumpled like a water bottle one would buy in a convenient store. Its thick.
Question:	How are the airlines about bring these on board
Answer:	The diameter across the bottom is 2 3/8" and the circumference in 8 1/2". The bottle starts to flare out about 4" above the bottom. It's a great bottle -- no after-taste of plastic even if it's in a hot car for awhile. Hope this info helps you.

Answer:	Unscrews at either the top or bottom. And you can refill it with Parker type refills found at regular office supply stores.

Question:	Will this pen break a car window
Answer:	I attempted it on a junkyard car. All it did was blunt the tip of the pen. Maybe I hit it wrong but if you do use it on a window the pen is going to be toast afterwards

Answer:	Hi Natalie, You can easily order the Parker gel refills, the medium point is the closest to the cartridge that comes with the pen. The original cartridges are currently not available for sale by themselves.
Question:	Does the black finish wear off
Answer:	I've occasionally carried this in my pocket with keys and other change. The black finish WILL scar/wear under those conditions. I think that's normal: I don't know of any finish that won't eventually wear, and when coming into contact with other metallic/hard items, that increases the rate of wear and tear. I still like mine and am getting a second one!
Question:	Is this pen airport friendly
Answer:	I would say yes, it is airport friendly if you have it in your carry on. I always empty my pockets into my carry on as I'm going through security because it's more convenient. Every time I go through security, I put the cap on the back of the pen and put it in my bag - never had a problem. Once I get through security I just put it back in my pocket. Been doing this for over a year at airports all over the U.S. without a single issue.

Answer:	I have no idea, but lately you will see the same product, under a different name
Question:	How long does the battery last on high
Answer:	Not terribly easily but it’s possible. One of the excellent features of this flashlight is that it has a screw-in/out power source. That prevents it from being accidentally turned on and the battery being completely drained by a push-button switch which other small flashlights sometimes have.
Question:	Are the 2 flashlights packaged in separate boxes
Answer:	Customer service was emailed 3 times and did not respond! Broke in 1-1/2 weeks and only used twice! Replaced it with an O-light!

Answer:	The Q1 can be employed as a self defense tool. The scissors are rigid, but remember it is a pocket tool. Anything miniature will have its limits.

Answer:	Yes, every tools locks in place. The only one that does not lock is the pliers, but they do not need to.

Answer:	Technically yes, the scissors are small enough, but it could be dependent on the TSA Agent.

Answer:	Judging by the belt attachments on the holster I would say no. The chance that it may attach to Molle loops over say 6 rows can be tried by matching the loops to the Molle. In any case, you would only have one loop of attachment if it does align up. That would leave the holstered pistol to slap back and forth, and may cause it to dump the pistol. As for the Blade Tech attachments they most likely will not screw into the holster.

Answer:	I've had some finish come off the clip and the end of the pen. It is always my pocket or on my shirt collar.
Question:	Is there a refill for this pen that writes similar to the Pilot G
Answer:	no, unfortunately. most parker style refills are ballpoint. monteverde makes a parker style gel ink refill and it's pretty good (search "parker style gel"), but you're gonna wanna buy the other pen that is made to take pilot G2 refills. uni-ball also makes a jetstream ballpoint refill in the parker style body, which is a smooth low viscosity ballpoint ink (search "jetstream parker style"). that's my favorite ballpoint ink refill, but it's pretty expensive.
Question:	Will thos pen work with a Parker Style G2 refill
Answer:	if you're referring to parker's ballpoint refills (the rounded metal body with the screw wedges on the top—in USA we just call this "parker style") then it looks like it will, but if you're referring to pilot gel ink refills for their G2 pen, then it won't (in USA this is what "G2" means).
