Answer:	Depends on the thickness of the case. I am using the case by Encased which has a smooth relatively thin back surface and the Qi charging works great. Cases like credit card cases and thicker backing cases do not work perfectly and I personally do not recommend the use these types of cases while using the charging feature. The back surface of your case should smooth and offer a good surface to surface contact with the Qi charging portion of the holder. In addition, my wife is using a ring holder type device on the back of her iphone and the charging will not work due to the distance being too great and uneven between the phone and the charging surface.

Answer:	The cord to charge the Halo is the type that fits into the smaller connection next to the USB port. I don’t know what the other type is called. So that cord would then go from the Halo to your USB wall charger. The other charger that came with the Halo has USB on one end that plugs into Halo (it is the connection in the center) with the iPhone plug on the other end and I think that is called a lightning plug. Answer:	No. Modern tech usage will keep the battery 'charged' while it's in used. Same as leaving your phone plugged into a wall outlet itself. It'll switch to bypass power and use the income power to power the device. So once it's full, yeah it'll stop charging the battery itself, But no it won't stop giving power. You can only stop it from giving power by ether unplugging it, or removing your phone off the device. Same deal as unplugging your phone from it's power port. Then it switches to full battery mode.
