Answer:	It is a Medium-Fine nib, similar to a western fine.

Answer:	I can't recall if this pen included an ink cartridge. The US packaging for Sailor pens typically includes a nice box, two ink cartridges, and sometimes an ink convertor. This pen is made for the Japanese market and wasn't intended for the US. That means simpler packaging, japanese documentation, and leaving out extras like converters and cartridges. It is a great pen and excelent value, worth buying your own cartridge.
Question:	How does this compare to the Platinum 3776 Century
Answer:	The Platinum 3776 is a little larger and heavier. They both have proprietary converters. The Sailors as a brand have much more options for nibs. But I personally prefer Platinum pens.
