| Answer: | You have here a good color selection and ink that dries fast, given a full minute to be safe. If you want to color with them, I say try it. Place a scrap piece of paper underneath what you're coloring though cause there will likely be bleed through.If you want to avoid smearing and smudging in general then try a drawing glove. It'll leave the thumb and fingers you hold the pen, pencil etc with free and reduce smudging and smearing. Here's a link.
