Answer:	Amazon refers to 4E (which is on the New Balance label on the shoe's tongue) as Extra Wide, and yes, mw577 comes in 4E. I'm wearing my second pair of 11 4E as I write this. The Amazon size guide can be a tad confusing because you have to scroll down to hidden info at the very bottom to find references to width.

Answer:	No seams on the insole. There is one down the center of the tongue, but it's totally flat and can't be felt. Extremely comfortable and well-made shoes. I know you'd like them.BV Cooper

Answer:	I might not be the best judge of that as I have a flat foot. These shoes are comfortable, but I had to go down 1/2 a size to be able to keep them on my feet. Again, this is me, not the shoe. They are really nice, easy on, cool (temp wise), and they look nice at the beach with shorts or jeans. OK, anywhere really.
