Answer:	They are not vegan. The D3 comes from lanolin (sheep). However, the Just Once vitamin in RL line does contain D2, which is from mushrooms. But as far as which is better absorbed, the D3 is best as it is the type we create from the sun.

This one filters sand, sediment, and rust (large particles). The other type removes these particles but also removes chlorine taste and odor. If you can't taste the chlorine or smell the odor you won't need the more expensive one.
