Question:	Is the sketch pad able to fit inside the zipper case
Answer:	Yes your older computer can use this scanner, because the cable that connects the scanner to the computer has an USB 3.0 Type-A connector which is the part that goes into the computer whilst the other end which is an USB type-C connector goes into the scanner.
Question:	Would this be good for an 8 year old
Answer:	Not without folding, scanning several times and using the software feature provided to "stitch" the images together. I have not tried this so cannot comment on how well it works.
Question:	What weight is the paper
Answer:	I have scanned a fair amount of photos with this scanner and the results are pretty good. It works as well as any scanner. Much depends on the quality of your old photos and how much time you are willing to invest in post scanning touch-up. Please note that the software that comes with the scanner is pretty barebones. It scans and that it is. No touching up, cropping, etc. You will need to get a third-party solution for that.
Question:	Can we get a refund

You can use them wet or dry as both work well. Another thing is they don't change color when activated with water. What you put down is what you will get. Answer:	I’d say that they’re right in between. Definitely harder than a Prisma but still creamy. Just FYI: They're really pretty but I used them for the first time last night had a lot of trouble with these leads breaking and crumbling. I have many nice sharpeners and have many brands of pencils but I’ve never seen leads just fall to pieces like these. So far, out of the eight colors I used, six of them were very difficult to sharpen/use. If they were useable at all. Two of them are already half size from me trying to sharpen them just enough to be useable.

Answer:	I dont know, but I will say these Marco pastel pencils are a decent quality. They're nice for doing backgrounds or any soft tones. I cant compare to the Holbeins but Im assuming the Holbeins are more pigmented. I also wanted the Holbeins but apparently they're not available in America, so I got these by Marco. Overall, I content with them.

Question:	Where are these made
Answer:	It all depends on how you color (pressure) and what materials you use (paper, eraser). I applied the pencils with a lot of pressure to a piece of basic copier paper and my electric eraser was able to remove abot 70% of the color. If you are using basic pink and white erasers the color will smear initially, but with some continual pressure and erasing you can accomplish the same as an electric eraser. There will still be a trace of color left behind.
Question:	Could I use any sharpener for these

Answer:	Hello, Odors are very common in art supplies, especially coloring supplies. Although our pencils are not supposed to smell - you could have received a very fresh set. Letting air out for a week or two usually does the trick. I hope you can try doing that, but let me know if the smell persists and I’d be happy to sort it out for you.

Answer:	I did not find company information about what type of pencils these 180 from Shuttle Art brand are considered to be. They are described as soft. I found many other CP's labeled soft are also wax-based, however they quickly combine with water. So, I don't know. I do love these pencils for their vivid colors, wide selection of colors and value.
