Question:	I have two sakura erasers, the previous models, not this sumo grip, that have both stopped working. is this model any better
Answer:	The smell comes off clothes when I wash them but I deeply rub the balm in - not a lot is left on top of the skin. You don’t need to use a heavy application. I’ve found a little goes a long way. Secondly, if I use a ‘stronger’ detergent like Tide - all odors are removed! Not sure if that would occur with my more eco-friendly products! Bottom line - I’ve never had my clothes retain the balm odor.
Question:	Does it work well with card making. Will it erase ink colors from stamping
Answer:	No. It's more like Ben Gay only better. For muscle strains, arthritis, etc. If you want something numbing, look for something with a high content of lidocaine. Or an ice cube works.

Answer:	Red. It’s better than the white pain relief in my opinion.

Question:	What's the difference between these and the Sakura Arch
Answer:	I do not know the answer. My Sakura eraser is missing. Hopefully it will show up but I don’t think so. It was new. A replacement to my 6-7 year old one.

Answer:	While I don't have a micrometer, they're about 3/16ths of an inch or 5 mm. I must advise however that they do not fit any other mechanical pencils that I own, only the Sakura electric eraser models as you see specified on the package.

Answer:	I have had Derwent erasers and found them cheaply made with a very hard rubber insert --not nearly as good as the Sakura electric eraser in quality or success with my colored pencil art. Marjorie McGahren

Answer:	It should, its vinyl erasers, practically like most white erasers, it has worked on graphite, water soluble graphite, charcoal, and some color pencils. It probably depends more on what surface you draw on as some surfaces absorb the medium more than others and hence are more difficult to erase.

Answer:	Not sure of what differences there. I just got the one that’s a complete set with two different sizes of erasers and the charger. I absolutely love this! You can almost draw with it by taking out areas! I also bought a set of two: one for a friend and a backup for me! I thought that the price was fair and hoped it would work out. I’m not sorry at all. Answer:	Thank you for your question. The erasers are rubber made. It can only remove the normal pencil mark. Not designed for colored pencils or ink.

Answer:	the pen eraser comes with two clamps for each size. but.. the on/off switch works but is not the best. On the positive side the fine 1/8 inch diameter eraser is really good for getting into small places, I use it all the time and love it.
