Question:	Is the lead provided #2? Scantrons require #2 lead so I need it for standardized tests
Answer:	No, it is HB, but you can easily (very easily) refill with 2h or any lead you desire. I loaded some with blue and red lead as well.

Answer:	Hello! We are sorry to inform you but we do not have replacement erasers available and we are not sure if there are other models that fit/works just perfectly fine with ours. Hope that helps!
Question:	I can't figure out where the eraser is? I have the 4 replacement erasers but I can't figure out where the eraser is
Answer:	There is a silver colored cover over the eraser on the end opposite the pencil tip. This eraser cover is pulled off exposing the eraser. The eraser is stabilized by a “bilobed” silver sleeve folded to hold the eraser. When this eraser is finished, one would rmove the remnant and replace it with the replacement eraser. Basically, the eraser is beneath the chrome eraser cover.
Question:	Pencil broken in the .3. Will not accept lead
Answer:	Two of the pencils are broken. Neither the 0.3 nor the 0.7 accept the lead. I am very disappointed.

Answer:	It is not very effective on smooth copy paper or standard notebook paper. I suggest Staedtler Mars plastic. They are inexpensive and work much better. They do not leave a pink residue like rubber erasers do.
Question:	what is the actual size of the erasers?. last ones I ordered from Amazon were about the size of an SD card, and were labeled large
Answer:	The eraser is 1.75 x 1.5 x 0.5 inches. It is a little bit larger than the ones I buy at art stores. It is also VERY soft. The little case might help with that. The case does help keep the eraser from sticking to my pens/pencils in my storage container. I will buy these again!

Question:	What type of eraser is it (rubber, plastic, kneaded, etc
Answer:	Definitely not kneaded. Feels like hard rubber and produces fine dust when erasing. I really do not use it. I rely mostly on the sharpener and storage case. I give away the actual colored pencils, and use the case to store sections of 3.8 mm Caran D'Ache Museum watercolor leads and Technalo water soluble graphite leads.
Question:	There are three colors represented in the product's images (clear, black and white). Which one will i get, is there any way to tell
Answer:	I got my white one at an actual store, so I do not know which color they might send. Sounds like a question you should ask the seller directly. With many other pencil accessories like sharpeners and grips, the color you actually get is often random unless they accommodate customer requests. It is the only mini pencil set I have ever found with a working sharpener for 3.8 mm leads and pencils.

Answer:	They are in deed metal on the outside, but internal components are plastic and the lead constantly breaks. After a few refills, the drive tube blocks and you can't get the lead out or new lead in, rendering the pencil useless.
