Answer:	I purchased this mouse, I love the function of it versus my older Logitech mouse. I have had it for 10 days now using it several hours a day without needing to charge it. I did not charge it when I opened the package so this 10 days represents whatever charge it came from the factory with. The specs claim 40 days on a single charge with the USB, and that just 4 mins of charging will get you a whole day of use. You can also continue to use the mouse while charging with the plug-in USB cable, so you will not lose any downtime.

Answer:	This mouse doesn't use the legacy SetPoint software, it uses the newer Logitech Options software. There are a total of 6 controls that can be reprogrammed - middle wheel button, mode shift button, gesture button (the thumb rest), forward and backward thumb buttons, and the function of the thumb wheel.

Answer:	It doesn't work with the unifying receiver (like the one that comes with the Logitech Craft Keyboard, I'm assuming). I believe Logitech has a separate line of productivity mice that are compatible with that. The G604 does come with it's own usb WiFi receiver that nests in the mouse body when not in use. It can also use Bluetooth. Not sure if it's own usb receiver can be used by other mice though.

Answer:	The top is unlikely to come free, and it traps the shavings more than enough to keep your backpack shavings free. But I'd never trust it to completely trap all the graphite dust, which could contaminate new bundles of counterfeit bills or other paper you needed to keep pristine. It would probably be ok if you just carried around a severed head.

Answer:	It mounts to a wall or a desk through 3 screws. I have mine mounted to a wall. I wouldn't recommend this sharpener, though. Most of the pencils we sharpen end up with one half sharpened normally, and the other half with most of the wood still going all the way down to the point, often covering the point. Our old Berol sharpener that vacuum seals to a desk works great as a sharpener - we mostly use that now. The Stanley Bostich also eats pencils - you can seriously chew up half of a brand new pencil in the first sharpening.
Question:	Do you have to bolt this down with screws or can it be clamped down? THANK YOU
Answer:	This did NOT come with a clamp. The hole is there for it, but no clamp. Only option is to screw it into the wall, as it doesn't work without being fastened.
Question:	Can anyone tell me what makes this antimicrobial? I'm not into chemically infused stuff. This will be for my home, we all share germs anyway
Answer:	I would hazard a guess that the exterior painted surface may be impregnated with some type of antimicrobial chemical additive POSSIBLY reducing transmission of germs due to hand placement on the sharpener. To be sure the pencil sharpened by this will have every bacterium and microbe after sharpening that it did prior to sharpening. I believe that the marketing department is preying on parents fears here. Best preventive Idea is to wash hands with a good bar of soap.

Question:	Can the suction part be removed and mounted to the wall
Answer:	yes you can, but you lose 7.1 surround sound if you are watching a movie or some games with surround. the 3.5mm jack is just stereo. To be frank I can hardly tell if something is 7.1 on headphone, but it does sound a tad difference (I prefer the wireless sound tho). I would use the 3.5 jack only if the headphone runs out of battery. The usb work on the computer too, but isn't as good.

Answer:	I've owned this headset for 3 or so months now, the battery has been lasting around 4-5 hours of straight listening in surround sound mode with mic active. It works great as a PC headset as well. When I don't use it much more than an hour or two in a single session it lasts for a very long time, I charge it about every 2 days if I'm only gaming for a few hours here and there. It stays charged very well when not in use. Charging only takes about 2 to 3 hours, so when it finally does die: it's a quick recharge and you're back in business.Also remember it comes with a speaker adapter which works great for PS vita, cellphones and tablets.

❤️Cleaning the unit:

1. Remove batteries.

2. Remove the shavings receptacle.

3. Remove all shavings from the milling unit using a fine brush.

4. Wash receptacle with water and a mild detergent.

5. Thoroughly dry receptacle before placing back into pencil sharpener.

6. Clean the outside of the pencil sharpener with a damp cloth.

Direction For Use: 

- Hand crank pencil sharpener

1. Pull out the front cover and fix it at the using position.

 2. Press down the front cover button and then you can use it to sharp a pencil. Sharpening is finished when idling appears. 

3. Take out the pencil, rotate the handle clockwise to make the front cover back. 



- Classical pencil sharpener

There is a classical pencil sharpener in the waste box. Push off the sliding block and put into a pencil and rotate it towards clockwise direction.



Attention: 

1. This product can only be used to sharp common pencil cores. Do not use it for sharpening soft pens. e.g. wax crayon or oil painting stick, because the blade trough may be jammed. 

2. If idling or sharpening failure appears in the process of use, check whether the pencil core is broken in the tapered bore of blade carrier. If yes, clear off the broken pencil core.

Answer:	Wow! The replacement cutters cost more than the pencil sharpener! Might as well buy a new one. My sharpeners went dull about 6 months after I bought it. Got a second one and same thing happened.
Question:	replacement parts: I need a new shavings receptacle. The pin broke off the back of mine and it is lost
Answer:	I stuck a chopstick in place of the pin. I shoved it in and cut it so that the receptacle can still go in all the way. And it works!
Question:	It mentions a 10 year warranty (in the chart) and a 2 year warranty (in the description). Which is it? Or is it both (motor vs parts
Answer:	This model now has a 10-year warranty. It was previously 2 years.
Question:	Does this sharpener do a good job with colored pencils
Answer:	Not all of them - higher quality colored pencils are OK, but the knock-off brands gets chewed up guickly. It has more to do with the quality of the wood in the pencils than the sharpener.
