I contacted Amazon and told them and they sent me another set of cartridges and the new tri-color cartridge didn’t work either. I then requested my money back. GreenBox had me try a couple of things to see if it would work and nothing did the trick. I believe their tri-color cartridges are defective. They refunded me half of what I paid because the black one worked. I didn’t have to send any of them back. ASK FOR A REFUND! |
