Answer:	On the Info page of the notebook it does not show the weight of the paper, but I would guess it to be 20 lb.; it feels like everyday basic normal paper, not too heavy and not too light.

Answer:	From my experience, this note does a pretty good job with bleeding pens. There was a tiny bet of bleeding, especially on the beginning and ending of letters so if you prefer writing on the back of pages it may not be the notebook for you.
Question:	How do this compare to a Black 'n Red notebook
Answer:	I have both notebooks, and there are a couple noticeable differences. The Black 'n Red notebook has thread instead of glue for the binding, so it stays open a little better. Also, the pages in the Black 'n Red are a little more glossy and perhaps thicker: I can use my preferred pen, a black Prismacolor 03 (like a felt tip), in the Black 'n Red and you'd have to look closely to see it on the back of the page. It barely shows up. It is seen much more easily on the back of the Blueline paper. And for those of you who like an 05 pen, it hasn't bled through either notebook pages, but I have a somewhat light touch when writing. Hope that helps.
