Answer:	Actually a very astute question. There are 2 black cartridges for 5520 both labelled with the same part number: 564. There is a photo cartridge with 'photo' label on the package and a normal print that does not have this label. I originally purchased 'black' at CostCo and realized that once you read the instructions on the box, it was for photos and not for daily printing. Luckily, HP support swapped out 'photo' for regular 'print' black ink without additional costs. The 'XL' has additional ink that can print more pages and is typically provides more savings over the non 'XL' version.
Question:	Has anyone had a problem with this xl not working in model 5514? Always used the regular size and never had a problem. Its as if I did not change ink
