I have the 12-inch mattress, and every night I sink into that thing like I am sleeping in jello. I find myself moving to different parts of the bed to get back some firmness. Eventually, I sink in, and then move. Repeat as necessary. We also have a skinny version of this in a twin bed size. That is firm. I will take naps on that bed to get the sleep I am missing in the King-sized 12-inch thick bed. My experience (which, admittedly, is different from many of the others answering this question) is to get the 6-inch version if you want a firmer bed. |

"Initial" capacity ones, are stated as 802-I, and I have bought some on ebay from individuals (not stores). To be sure about what you're about to buy, you should ask the seller. |

| Answer: | Chances are your printers firmware was updated to prevent you from using 3rd party ink. However, Epson stock of ink that's in thousands of stores won't work either. After calling Epson, they sent me replacement ink which did work. I think they really screwed up. |
