Question:	is it compatible with Mac system
Answer:	You caught me without me a measuring tape, but, I just put them on and they completely cover both my ears. No pinching, squeezing or anything. If I had to guess, like 8 or 9 inches around. And the sound is really good. My husband only uses them on the eliptical and they are holding up awesome!
Question:	Can you scan photos from scanner directly to a USB
Answer:	These held up good for about 6 months of constant use until I pressed too hard on the plug and broke something inside. Had to do the press it to one side thing for it to work until it stopped all together in one ear. The sound in the working ear never diminished in quality, and I plan on buying another pair.

Question:	What is the tv jack for? the manual said it is a phone jack, but none of tv has a phone plug
Answer:	While it's true that camera "film" can't be exposed to light, DEVELOPED film becomes a "negative", which CAN be exposed to light. So far, I've converted about 200 35 mm slides to digital photos without any problems. I haven't tried using negatives yet, but I'm sure the result will be the same. It's a fantastic little machine.
Question:	Can this scan 120 film
Answer:	With a Mac, you have to save images to an SD card or the device's built-in memory (only 128 MB). Then you choose USB Upload and you can transfer the images to your computer.
Question:	Are the Reels for 8mm film scanning included or are they an extra cost? None are shown in the advertisement
Answer:	I'm not sure about that as I have only produced a digital image from a negative.
Question:	Does this connect to the computer to save the photos onto hard drive or do you need the SD card
Answer:	Not being an expert on the computer, I am not sure what "ntsc" means, but I do NOT use an sd card with my Kodak Scanner. I have the scanner plugged directly into my laptop, and the digital images go straight to the E drive, from where I easily put them into folders under My Pictures. So far I have done about 1,100 slides, and I am so very happy with the quality of the digital images. I also have had fun editing for brightness and color. Many of my digital images are better than the original slides! I am extremely happy with this product.

Answer:	This is an high quality photographic scanner of printed images and photographic films with automatic film control.So it produces digitsl copies and not printouts on paper
Question:	Will this scanner do 11"x 17" paper
Answer:	Yes, this scanner can scan negatives besides 35mm. It comes with a holder to neatly hold 35mm film, and it also comes with a holder to neatly hold 120 film (120 film is a medium format film, most common I'd say around the 1940s - 1960s, it's usually 6 cm wide, but the length of each individual shot can vary). It is *possible*, but not very easy, to scan other formats of film on here (such as 126 film or 110 film). The reason it's not very easy is because the scanner does not come with a designated holder to hold negatives of those sizes, so you basically just have to lay the negative on the glass, and try to get the edges of the negative to not curl up too much, and pray that you're laying it down exactly straight so that it doesn't scan at an angle (the film holders are designed so that the film is lined up exactly straight).
Question:	How well does this work with photos? I'd like to digitize all my old photos
Answer:	Will this scanner work with a Mac desktop running 10.12.6 Sierra?

Answer:	I disagree. You need to have .8-1.0" between each photo and 4-4x6 photos won't fit on the glass with those spaces. You can do 4 manually by selecting the scan area in "normal" mode, but that adds time. It's far easier to do 2 at a time and use "thumbnail" mode to automatically select the scan areas for each photo. It only takes 45-50 seconds to scan 2 at 600 dpi.

Answer:	I have a LIDE210 and Win7 64 bit. The scanner is not detected by Device manager. I cannot find a Win7x64 bit driver on the Canon website. If anyone knows where such a driver is available I would be very interested in knowing.
Question:	How long does it take to scan a photo or series of photos on the flatbed
Answer:	It depends on the resolution of the scan. At highest resolution, full color 600dpi, it can take about 30 seconds, but full color at 300 dpi takes 10 seconds, and much less if you go to black and white text, and around 200 dpi, which is plenty high enough for a page of text, in which case less than 5 seconds. The nice feature about this scanner is that if you place a bunch of pictures on the scanner glass, and leave separation between them, it will recognize they are individual pictures and then trim and present you separate scanned images, as if you had scanned the pictures separately. But it's a bit tricky to be sure they are not close together, because if placed edge to edge, it appears to the scanner they are all part of one big picture.

Question:	It used to be that after photos are taken and still in the camera when roll is removed it cannot be exposed to light. How does this work
Answer:	U can look up YouTube how to pull out w the screw, inside is 35mm and it does work w this scanner

Answer:	Yes. The scanner records the images (JPG) on removable media like a camera or directly to the computer via USB cable (included). You can transfer via USB or by removing the media and transferring it that way

Answer:	There is no tray, you push the 1st slide in. It is not in the center for the picture to show completely so you use the 2nd slide to push the 1st slide in position and after digitizing the 1st slide you continue to push the 2nd slide all the way in. The 1st slide is not yet all the way out so you push the 3rd slide in a little way so you can get the 1st slide out. Continue with all your slides. Once you do about 10-15 slides it become very routine and works well.
Question:	The ntsc out is really useless, only way to get digital images is to write to the sd card, correct
Answer:	I don’t know about the dpi but it is 14.0 megapixels (4320 X 3252). Much better than the old slides we have scanned in!

Question:	Is is possible to purchase a custom mix of cartridges for canon ts9120 printer? some cartridges run out faster than others some colors accumulate
Answer:	You can buy the yellow or cyan individually, for example, but each one is about $11. I'm going to buy another full set and then start replacing just the ones that run out fast. Hopefully I can find a replacement pattern that works over time.
