There are 5 pages dedicated to after the baby is born. Baby's birth starts and a place for a photo. Your birth story is 2 pages. Mom's guesses about you, ie what you think baby's favorite color, movie, book, etc will be. And they last page is for notes. I bought a separate book for when they baby is born.
